Great time

Love the condo, it was clean with good facilities. They had plenty of dishes for the space, everything worked well. I do wish there was better explanation of where in the area the condo was located, as it was one of the further buildings from the lift. All in all no major complaints or problems. The master shower only got warm instead of hot, so we wound up suing the other shower more to get hotter water. The hot tub was out of order during our visit which was a bummer, but not really the fault of the condo owner and there were men who were working on it while we were there.

Wonderful condo walking distance to chairlifts, gondola (practically in) Keystone Village. Excellent amenities including steamroom, warm pool, hot tub, pool table. Very well appointed unit with everything from games to any kitchen item you would need. Only drawback was a broken missing sink basin in the primary suite. Not that we needed two sinks, but there were broken slivers of glass all over, and we cut ourselves on one. We called to report this to the property manager who sent over someone to vacuum, but it still didn't take care of the issue. Aside from this, great stay and condo.

Every issue was taken care of relatively quick. Lost water for 1/2 a day unexpectedly. TVs didn’t work when we arrived but we’re taken care of by following day

Cozy & Perfect Location

Our family enjoyed our stay & the location was perfect. We were close to everything & could walk to the lifts, shops, and restaurants. Condo was clean, well stocked, & we enjoyed the games too.
