Gulf Breezes es una casa remodelada a nivel del suelo, perfecta para toda la familia. El pequeño lanzamiento ubicado en la casa es perfecto para colocar el kayak y la tabla de paddle proporcionados y salir a explorar las aguas cristalinas del Golfo. ¡Pesca desde el muelle y mira qué divertidas criaturas puedes atrapar! La casa está ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo y tiene una reserva natural a un lado de la casa, para proporcionar la escapada tranquila perfecta.

The Views!

Absolutely beautiful views from this house! We enjoyed the pool and the sunsets! Perfect size house for the four of us! Great location sitting on the Gulf of Mexico!

Beautiful property, 3rd Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great property. This was our 3rd year staying here and is our favorite vacation of the year. Since last year they have redone the hot tub and it is beautiful. The property is very well maintained and has everything you need for a great stay. There are even four kayaks to use for exploring the water right in front of the property.

The Gulf views from this home are amazing!Time spent kayaking, paddleboarding, bike riding, and relaxing in the spa. Close to restaurants and shopping. We had a great stay.

Couldn’t be any more perfect!

This house has absolutely everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation! The view can’t be beat. We took the kayaks out almost every day. Enjoyed riding the bikes. Definitely spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool and hot tub. We hope to stay there every year!

Incredible views and home

We had a great time celebrating my birthday at this property. House was very nice and the view was amazing. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, looking out at the boats. House was clean and modern and had everything we needed. No complaints. We loved it.

Beautiful Property Centrally Located

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at Gulf Breezes for a week in April 2025. The property is beautiful, both inside and outside. The location was perfect. I highly recommend staying in either Marathon or Islamorada when visiting the Keys. Very central location with the beautiful Sombrero Beach close by. The seven mile bridge was a short drive where you can watch a spectacular sunset. There were a couple of things that the mgmt company could improve upon. First, one of the door handles was broken on the slider to go outside. Did not realize this at first and had a difficult time closing/locking the door once open. Mgmt should have let us know ahead of time. Also, during our entire stay, we had NO internet/cable. Management did not even have the courtesy to let us know. When I called on Sunday, obviously they were closed. I left a message with no returned call. I had to call again on Monday and they said yes they were aware there was an issue with the service. They did not know when it would be restored. They never provided updates. I had to call multiple times during the week with still no answers to when service would be available. One member of our party did not have unlimited data. The management company said they would offer compensation but we have received nothing. Very disappointing.Also, just to be aware, as some other reviews mention, there is quite a bit of seaweed along the bulk head. Yes, this is a natural occurrence and dependent on the winds. And yes, it can be quite breezy at Gulf Breezes. Just an FYI. We saw a couple of iguanas but no other wildlife at the house. Last thing, no sunset. The property does not face directly west and there is another property to the left that blocks any possible view of the sunset.

Best Vacation Ever

The house and the views are absolutely gorgeous. Any thing you think that you would need is probably already there so look around before you go to the store. Beautiful View

The property is quiet and in a convenient location. The views are beautiful and there are many sliding doors, which allow you to take advantage of the gorgeous views from inside. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and kept very clean. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a significant amount of seaweed coming in , which made for a very unpleasant odor outside.

Absolutely the best vacation my family and I have ever had! Relaxing, beautiful views, and extremely comfortable. The place is so amazing that we often just stayed there instead of doing excursions or going out to eat. We bought fresh seafood a few times and grilled it there. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking, and we even saw dolphins and a nurse shark. So much fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was gorgeous, perfect set up for two couples. The pool and hot tub were perfect for lounging and taking in the incredible view of the gulf. Every afternoon when the tide changes, the manatees would start coming in and you would see 3-5 of them out swimming. Weeds did wash up, but that’s ocean life and it didn’t downgrade our experience.

What a terrific property

We had a wonderful week and highly recommend this property. This will be a rental we visit again, we loved the view and the accommodations were perfect for the two couples in our group. We had a couple of minor maintenance items that needed addressed, they offered to come fix but they were so minor we asked they be taken care of before the next guest and not come in during our visit. We used supplied equipment and went snorkeling and kayaking out the back. Don't hesitate, it is even nicer than the pictures show.
