We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces.

327 is one of two condos that face the beach and have a superior view of the relaxing sands and water from both bedrooms, the 2 balconies, and the floor to ceiling glass wall in the living room. The furniture is arranged so that you are able to face that view rather than have your back to it.

The walls are the softest grey with crisp white trim. The living room has a plush blue and white area rug that you can sink your toes into while you watch the 50 inch TV or choose to lose yourself in the gorgeous beach view. The paintings and wall art all reflect the relaxing beach theme.

The dining room continues the soft beach colors and decor. What a great place to eat your catch of the day from that deep-sea fishing expedition!

The kitchen is galley-style with stainless appliances, granite counters and chef-inspired cookware. It is fully stocked and has all the appliances one expects including a new dishwasher.

The master bedroom features a king-bed in a large master suite, and includes a reading chair positioned just-so in order to see the beach while you relax reading. There is a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. The spacious master bath features both a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower with double sinks at the vanity. Don't miss out on the private balcony!

The guest room has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and its own balcony. You can watch the moonrise over the gulf waters and see it reflected on the gentle swells. The adjacent bathroom has a tub-shower combination.

And, rounding out the condo is the laundry closet with washer and dryer--we all have to wash our swimsuits!

The Villas has the prettiest courtyard on the Coast! A free-form swimming pool, lounge chairs, tables for eating or playing cards, a pretty gazebo, and gas grills are all there for your immediate enjoyment!
