Cruising the Coast & Festival/Holiday Weekends

We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.

For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

• Max occupancy of 9 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).

• Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.

• After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license.

• Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.

• Please note that the jacuzzi tub jets not currently working and have been disconnected.

Great location close to everything but out of the crazy busy. Beautiful views of the ocean and pool! Excellent for our elderly parents, close to elevator and a walk in shower. Very well equipped for a family!

Short Vacation

We had a short 4 day - 3 night vacation in Gulfport. This was a great location. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and souvenir shops. Access to the beach was great! Swimming pool was awesome.

Graduation Trip

Gulfport Last Minute Getaway

Property and Unit 404 had everything we could have needed. Isaac went out of his way to make sure to have a shower chair available for my husband and was contacted us during check in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great views from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great family spot

Had a multigenerational vacation. Lots of room to spread out. Great views of ocean with floor to ceiling windows. Security on site. Great restaurants within walking distance or less than 5 minutes away.

Weekend get away

This condo is the best we have ever stayed at. The pictures on here don’t do justice for how great it is. The outside couch on the balcony was great to take a nap on it. We were racing to get to the balcony to see who was going to take nap on it.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautiful!! View was amazing! Right across from the beach. We were minutes away from restaurants and attractions. Our family had an amazing time. Communication with owner was on point. Everything we needed to know prior to getting there was emailed to us. We will be booking this particular condo again.

Top notch security

Property was just as described. Kitchen amenities were plentiful and well organized. We spent most of our time on the balcony and only turned the TV on once. Tony at the front desk was amazing, none of our group could get over the fact he always remembered all of our names. I would definitely recommend staying here.

"Loved It"

Right from the beginning steps of booking the property the experience was great. We had a few questions for the owner and they got back to us right away. The property had everything we needed, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the view was fantastic, everything was clean. We could not have had a nicer location to spend our holidays. Great location and views!

Overall good experience. We love staying at the Sienna for the location, views and indoor pool/hot tub! We did have an issue when we got there of a smoke detector chirping and needing a battery, but they were able to get someone out pretty quickly to fix it! We also ran across some maintenance type issues within the condo (loose coffee table leg, dishwasher not attached to the countertop, loud ceiling fan, etc) and left a list to be considered for repair.

Guys trip

Pros: Clean place. Pictures are accurate. Nice access to beach, nice outside pool area. Conveniently located to Gulfport and Biloxi. Cons: Condo door must be locked and unlocked with standard keys as electronic access doesn’t work. There’s a screen across the balcony somewhat hindering the balcony gulf view (may be a pro for others, just not for us) The beds were all significantly too firm, not luxurious firm, maybe this will improve with use. Overall a nice place, but may look elsewhere next trip.

Sienna 404

A beautiful, property with an awesome view of the ocean. A great location for a family gathering. The property is quiet, safe and well kept. The security guy, Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cleaning staff needs to clean under the beds and vacuum under the couches. Also, you might want to let guests know to bring their own trash bags. All in all, minor issues compared to relaxing environment and beautiful condo and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway or retreat.
