Our 13 acre farm is peacful and equipped for you to kick back and relax. Our farm is family friendly and has plenty of room for your entire family! Minutes from Canoeing the Buffalo river, horseback riding at Loretta Lynn's ranch, or fishing and hunting on the beautiful TN River.

We are located 8 miles from Waverly TN. 30 miles to Dickson.

We have wifi and Dish Network TV! We also have a fully stocked kitchen and a charcoal grill for your use.

Enjoyable Tennessee Farmhouse

We’ll definitely consider a revisit; and we definitely recommend The Farmhouse to anyone seeking a spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet place to visit and enjoy western central Tennessee and what it has to offer in country hospitality. The hosts are helpful, easy and cooperative to communicate with consistently!

Great location abd lots of space!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. There was some much room. Everything was clean. Emily even left the porch light in for us because we were running late🥰 We can't wait until next year's event. We will be staying here again in the future!

It was very roomy. And the bed we slept on was very comfortable. And nobody bothered us while we were there which we appreciate. Overall we would stay there again

House is very spacious and clean. Stocked well in kitchen and bath towels. Comfy beds! We would recommend and stay again.

About the host

Hosted by Erik and Emily Houston

We are the Houston's and were both born and raised in Humphreys County. Emily's grandfather owed a farm in Hurricane Mills and her Mom was raised there. Most Sunday's growing up, Emily spent the afternoons with her family on the farm. Old country roads, country cooking, front porch swinging, and three wheeler riding were always on the agenda. They were good days! When we married, we always envisioned buying our own piece of land out that way. Our family roots are still there and we just love the country! We wanted to create a space that we could retreat to when we have down time and also share with others who want to visit our area! We hope you love our farm as much as we do! Erik and Emily
