Beautiful 2 bedroom Apartment overlooking the Historic Royal Mile

Beautiful very well located apartment on the Royal Mile. 2 large bedrooms, 1 boxroom and spacious lounge/kitchen looking onto the most Historic street in Scotland.

This impressive first floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This wonderful apartment is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols.

The apartment itself has a lounge/kitchen with windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from the living room.

The master bedroom with double bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The boxroom has a single bed to accommodate the 5th guest. Both main bedrooms are are the back of the apartment where there is no street noise.

A main bathroom with lovely bath, shower above bath, WC, sink and towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of double beds and 1 single bed in the boxroom. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge with kitchen is large enough to sit and have breakfast or simply to relax in. The free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

Great apartment, great location

We stayed in the apartment during the Edinburgh Fringe and it was great to feel in the middle of the action, with so many venues right on our doorstep, and a view of the Royal Mile and some of the street shows from the lounge and breakfast area. The bedrooms are at the back of the property and are very quiet, so we felt we had the best of both worlds by staying here.

The apartment is spacious (we were with four adults), clean, nicely decorated, and felt like a home from home. Highly recommended and we would certainly stay here again.

Excellent location, very nice appartment

Location is superb, just by the Royal Mile. Apartment is in an old house, well maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended if you wish to be in the middle of everything and have a short walk to major sights in Edinburgh. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Correspondence with Shahid was prompt and all information was accurate. Never before experienced so quick return of the security deposit - we hardly reached the railway station when the deposit was returned. Thank you very much, Shahid!

Terrific location for those who want to jump into Old Edinburgh

Owner was excellent with email responsiveness. Easy-ish walking access from Waverly train station. Stairway to second floor in this historical block is a tight spiral stone staircase that will challenge those with mobility issues (and / or heavy luggage). Apartment was in great shape on arrival. Three bedrooms master size and two others slightly smaller. One bathroom with bathtub/shower. All bedrooms at rear which is great cause the Royal Mile is a very busy & noisy centre of action ! Expect street noise in the front sitting room from 7am to past midnight. Nothing terrible, just part of the experience staying right on the Mile. We would stay again (tho not in festival season).

Great location! In the middle of the Royal Mile

What a great apartment, centrally located and offering all the amenities that my family needed. We were so pleasantly surprised how quiet the apartment and the bedrooms were for being in the middle of the Royal Mile. Highly recommend this apartment if you want the experience of old town and where everything is within walking distance.

Great Location

This apartment is right on the Royal Mile with many restaurants and sights nearby. We were able to walk to just about everything we were interested in seeing in the area. It is located about halfway between the castle and the palace.

While the front living area is right over the many tour gathering locations and restaurants, the bedrooms are in the back and are pretty quiet. There was plenty of space to spread out. The apartment fixtures were old, except the washer, but everything worked very well. There was a drying rack in a closet off the living room and it was very easy to do laundry. The bathroom is old, but very clean and stocked with soap, shampoo and a blow dryer was available. The only challenge were the spirial stairs from the street with the suitcases. They are a bit steep, but we managed. It was quite a good stay overall.

Great Place in Amazing Location

Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartment smack on the Royal Mile. Major Old Town attractions such as St. Giles and the Castle are directly out the front door, while much more in both Old Town and New -- Holy Rood, Princes Street Gardens, National Gallery, Scott Monument, Calton Hill, the university -- are mere minutes away on foot. Also near at hand: restaurants, pubs, groceries, and public transport at Waverly Station. Bright, airy front room looks out over Royal Mile; bedrooms in rear are private and quiet. Responsive and professional, Shahid made logistics a breeze. Highly recommended.
