3 bedroom - 3 bath - master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets-- double sinks -- bath tub -- walk-in shower -- house has an open floor plan -- 2 car garage - house is 18 months old -- spacious kitchen with all cooking utensils and an island for preparing and cooking meals which also seats 4 -- nice dining area that has table and chairs that can seat up to eight -- living room/family area has two leather couches with one coffee table and two end tables plus a 55" television. Off the living room there are sliding glass doors that open into the lanai ( patio ) area which has 2 lounge chairs and a large grill. This property includes access to country club, health club, golf course and tennis.
