You will love this 5 bedroom & 3 bath home located in foothills of the South Mountain Preserve. Trail heads to 50 miles of trails just minutes away. Hiking, mountain biking, & horse back riding are just a few of the amazing things to do. Two award winning golf courses - The Legacy Golf Course & Raven Golf Course are within minutes. 10 minutes to the Angels Spring Training Stadium.



We love this house! And we would love for you to enjoy it too!



The backyard is a true oasis with a stunning heated pool, hot tub, fire-pit and plenty of room to play. Incredible views from the backyard. Backs to a large neighborhood park with playground, sand volleyball, basketball courts and soccer field. Located in a wonderful gated community.



This 3700 sq ft home is very spacious throughout. Perfect home for a fabulous Arizona vacation. The kitchen is truly a chef`s dream with white cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances - including a gas range. There is a full bedroom and full bath downstairs. The upstairs has an oversized loft with plenty of room to enjoy movie nights. The master bedroom is fabulous with a newly remodeled spa-like master bath. The deep soaking tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. There are 3 additional bedrooms located upstairs that are very large. And a nicely appointed full bath.

*Trailers are not permitted. HOA is strict on parking.



The home is located in a wonderful gated community. The home backs to a large neighborhood park with playground, sand volleyball, basketball courts and soccer field.



The neighborhood park is a short walk away. If you are looking to explore the surrounding areas we recommend renting a car. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Fantastic location - we were there for a wedding and were no more than 15 minutes from all of the places we needed to be. We were four couples and we had plenty of room to hang out, grill out, and chill out! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. We loved it and would definitely stay there again. The place was well stocked and had everything we needed.

This place really was a desert oasis! We lounged by the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. It was also spacious inside, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were gorgeous. The primary suite is unreal! A very nice home and we were so comfortable there for a wedding weekend with family.

We have lived in Phoenix, AZ for the past 10+ years. We absolutely love the South Mountain area. It is nestled in the foothills of the preserve and gives you a feeling like you are escaping it all and yet super close to everything. We now live in farther north and have kept this property because we love it so much! We want many families to enjoy it as much as we have! Geoffrey is originally from outside Pittsburgh and Jessica grew up in Park City, UT. Needless to say, we love the AZ winters! And actually the summers too!

Why they chose this property

This property is very special to us. It is located in the foothills of the South Mountains which gives access to beautiful hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. The backyard is gorgeous with a heated pool, hot tub, fire-pit, and backs to a large community park. Easy access to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and the East Valley. Located about 10 minutes from the airport.
