For guests looking for more modern or luxurious furnishings, there are other options available in the area, though they do come with a higher price point. Regarding the yard and landscaping, we acknowledge the major hurricanes impacted the area weeks before your stay, and we were actively working to address those effects. While we do not advertise outdoor furnishings, we will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we make future improvements. Unfortunately at times things are out of our control. For instance the wind will blow debris and it may land in the yard or driveway. Unless it is an obstruction it may not be picked up until the maintenance crew arrives between the stay of the guests. The wooded lot on the left side of parking area is not our property. They did recently cut back a lot of over growth, so until it begins to fill in, it may seem unsightly to some. I have confirmed that the blinds on slider are not broken. I do make sure to be available for anyone who has difficulty maneuvering around the home or need assistance with operating any household appliances and fixtures. If it can not be resolved over the phone I will immediately send someone over. We do what we can to ensure our guest have a pleasant stay in our home. With open communication we can make this possible.
