Romantic. Private. Denver Tech Center one Bedroom & Bath apartment. NEW Cedar Spa Room. Your Romantic Spa Getaway experience at the Blue Bear Den comes with some extra special touches. A bottle of champagne, a bag of chocolates, & a bouquet of roses await your arrival. Your stay includes our extra plush king size bed, ensuite bathroom, fireplace, flat screen TVs, & private access to The Cedar Spa Room. We provide you with a free aromatherapy packet for your hot tub experience in the Cedar Spa Room. We offer plush robes for your use to get back and forth to the spa room.

You have your private driveway for off street parking. Enter your private apartment through your covered porch. Across the patio is The Cedar Spa Room for your private use. Dim the lights, and soak in romantic luxury under the Spa Room Skylight. Comfortable pillow top bed, spacious den area with couch, recliner and TV all private for your comfort. Kitchenette with all necessary appliances like microwave, fridge, toaster oven, electric skillet, and blender. All private space connected to your king bedroom and private bath. New washer and dryer in your unit as well.

You are close to the junction of I-225 and I-25 and grocery stores like Whole Foods, Sprouts, King Soopers, and Safeway. Movie theaters close by and you are 20 minutes from Downtown Denver nightlife.

We provide you with an ironing board, hair dryer in the bathroom, shampoo, bath wash, conditioner, and plenty of towels. In the kitchen dishes/ utensils for 2 people. You have a Keurig coffee maker, welcome snacks, bottled water upon check-in. We offer a cozy den with great lighting, fireplace, large couch, kept nice and cool so you are never hot in any rooms in the Summer and toasty in the Winter. Large full size fridge with ice maker. We provide plenty of supplies, tissue, kleenex, paper towels, and bath amenities .
After hours take the light rail downtown to enjoy night life, avoid parking fees, or worries about driving late nights. A $5 to $6 dollar ride on Uber/ Lyft to the rail stations for late night outings if you don't want to walk. Great lighting for coming and going on the side of the house where you park. Ample back patio lighting so you can always see to safely enter the apartment.

You have access to a nice patio with bar-bbq grill, table and chairs on the patio with 9 foot umbrella covered table and chairs so you can enjoy cool nights sitting outside. Plenty of room to store your bike on patio, canoe, kayak, or skis if you bring your own to use in the mountains, rivers, reservoirs, or other recreation activities around the city.

Lee and Jackie have 6 kids and at last count 10 grandchildren! Jackie is a true Southerner when it comes to cooking (makes an incredible coconut cream pie) and has a remarkable green thumb in the garden. Lee is an easy going guy who enjoys hiking, good music, good ol' Miller Black Label beer, and has a slight addiction to anything with coconut in it!

Our Holly Hills neighborhood was ranked #1 in entire state of Colorado by the Denver Post. Beautiful tree lined streets. We offer a lovely fenced yard around your private driveway entrance and a patio for your enjoyment.
