Seaside Vacation 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very CleanGreat LayoutGreat LocationLots of StorageUnfortunately, the only downside which is a big one for us is that there is no secure access. We had two separate instances where strangers walked up to the porch. This was very unnerving for our family. If there was some type of secure access point this property would be perfect.

Great location and great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I along with our daughters and a few friends were able to stay here and found it awesome. Kids were able to explore the beaches, homes and we were able to work/relax. Place is central but not too loud as it’s well built.

Spacious, well appointed, convenient location. A little loud with the downstairs hubbub, but shops close at 10.

Beautiful and Busy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Immaculate home. Comfortable beds. So close to everything and convenient to keep your eyes on the kids. Loved the shopping and restaurants nearby. The C-Bar next door has happy hour from 3-5. Management is top notch. They are very accommodating and prompt with any concerns or questions. I would give this a 5-star except the noise. The produce trucks come at 4:30am every morning, the garbage trucks come right after and the street vendors and construction start at 7:30. You can’t escape the noise of deliveries and all. Bring your noise cancelling headphones!

Center Stage Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is adorable! We were not thrilled that we didn’t know there was no handicap access. My daughter just had surgery and is on crutches. There were also painters outside the windows of the unit all day Saturday. They tarted the stairs which made it even more unsafe for our daughter. They were also peering in the kitchen and bathrooms. Not in an inappropriate way- just very uncomfortable for us- especially in the bathrooms. There are a few blinds that are broken in the unit. Also, the bunk room shelf in between the beds is very dirty.

Center Stage is the perfect place for a Seaside Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time and will definitely come back! Center Stage is in the perfect location to bring teen age children on vacation. My daughters loved being in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of Seaside, especially at night. they said it was the best time ever! I do have 3 issues that I found irritating. 1. you can not change the channel on the Master (back bedroom) TV from the master Bed. I had to choose the channel I wanted to watch while staying directly in front of the ten before climbing into bed. That was very frustrating. 2. There is a door in the Master bedroom that apparently is a stairway access or tunnel that goes straight down to the restaurant downstairs. It is locked from the inside the stairwell of course, but I could hear every word of every employee until they left for the evening/or came back the next morning for work... almost like they were right on the other side of that door. The first time I heard them, it scared me. It sounded like they were in the room with me. Surely there is some way to muffle those noises or insulate the door so that doesn't happen. 3. The master bathroom could use some attention. the shower and floor were not cleaned well at all. We will definitely come back to Seaside and to Center Stage!

Beautiful apartment and location was perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment size and location was perfect for our family. I do believe that feedback is a gift so I would like to share the following:More information prior to arrival on parking and how to enter the apartment would have been helpful. We did not know you could park in the one hour parking that was right behind the unit. We lugged our luggage from afar and then realized after chatting with some attendants. We also didnt realize that you enter from the front of the unit near the bump and baby porch and after calling three times still figured it out on our own.The house was for 10 people and only had one full length mirror in the whole place located in the master bedroom. Not great for the other people in the house (not staying in the master). Trying to have everyone outside of the master get ready in one very small bathroom that also housed the washer/dryer (and was very hot) was also difficult. The master bath was huge and wasted on the two people in that room since you could only enter through their bedroom. Consider a larger vanity in the hall bath or moving the washer/dryer to the hall closet/pantry off of the kitchen. There also should be at least one towel/washcloth per person stocked for the amount of people the rental holds. Not everyone in the house could even get a shower without doing a load of laundry.

Center of Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat renters to Center Stage! Hard to beat the location! The house is in tip top shape with very nice amenities. The deck is amazing too, perfect spot for people watching! If you prefer a quiet spot this would definitely not be the home for you, deliveries(hear big trucks) & maintenance (power washing, etc) around the home begin way early every morning. We overlook the extra noise for the central location & nice updated home for our family!

Memorial Day Week Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Now that you can't pull in front of Center Stage, a cart should be provided to bring luggage from vehicle to the unit. Also, I have always loved seaside but something has changed. WE had a total 6 bikes stolen in our vaca group. Thank goodness we didn't. Instead of all the parking attendants, you need more security.
Response from VrboOwner on Jul 3, 2021
Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. I'm sorry that you had difficulty parking nearby. I will strategize with my Operations team to hopefully come up with some ideas on where we might store a cart to assist guests in that situation. I'm also very sorry to hear that you had bikes stolen. We have worked aggressively as a community to better handle the large groups of teens coming from outside Seaside that we sometimes see during Spring Break and holiday weekends. We are committed to protecting our family friendly atmosphere. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Seaside.

At the Heart of Seaside.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Center Stage is a beautiful condo with all the amenities, and a perfect location. Being next door to The Great Southern means there is some noise in the evenings from the bar, but it shuts down at a reasonable time. From the porch, you have a great view of all that is going on in the main plaza. It is quiet in the mornings, so I was able to sit on the porch and enjoy the sunrise with my cup of coffee while reading.

Awesome Family Time at Center Stage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Center Stage offers exactly that... a center stage to everything happening in Seaside. Center of restaurants, event stage, cross the street to one of the main beach entrances, etc. Superb location. The service from Homeowner's Collection was excellent. Brigitte was super attentive to all our needs; communication was constant and easy. I highly recommend HOC and would rent with them again. The watchout for Center Stage is that, being center stage, it is quite noisy. The businesses below and beside the property start making noise quite early. The trash pickup service from the Great Southern Rest. comes daily around 6:30am, and we had other off events that HOC managed immediately. If you are an early riser, this should be no problem and I would highly recommend Center Stage. If you are looking to sleep in, you may want to discuss other rent options with the amazing personnel at HOC. Looking forward to returning to Seaside and renting again through HOC.

Great Location - but condo needs some attention

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Center Stage is a great location. However, I'm surprised that no one mentioned how LOUD the condo can get in the mornings. It's near Great Southern Café and all the banging at 6:00am was hard to sleep in during vacation. The furniture was nice and updated. The cleanliness of the condo itself needs a deep clean. When we arrived the stove top was really dirty. This is a small complaint but the condo can use a new trashcan. Small details of the place itself needs attention. It was nice during COVID that we could go to the condo and use the restroom vs the public bathroom that was a extra bonus.
Response from VrboOwner on May 30, 2022
Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. I'm sorry that you were disappointed with some aspects of the cleaning. We can definitely add a trash can and I am sorry that noise was an issue. I will be in touch off line to further discuss. We hope to welcome you and your family back to Seaside again soon!
