We rent our house of about 60m2 for the season, located 5 minutes walk from the city center. Common Registration Number: 13100 000159 5l

* On the ground floor :
- living / dining room with TV / DVD player / Hi-fi system
- a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, senseo coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils)
- A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- Separate WC

* Upstairs: 2 very spacious bedrooms
- Bedroom N ° 1: 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm + a wardrobe
- Bedroom N ° 2: 2 single beds + a dressing room

* Outside :
- A private shaded courtyard with garden furniture + barbecue
- A parking space facing the accommodation

* High season from 29/06/19 to 31/08/19
= 490 euros / week (Minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday)

Comfortable house with parking and good location

St Remy is a great centre for visiting this area, the property is ideal for two people. It benefits from having a garden and a well equipped kitchen.

Una bellissima esperienza

Appartamento piacevole, dotato di ogni confort e di ogni accessorio. Proprietaria estremamente disponibile e gentile. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere le principali mete della regione. Saint Remy un luogo magico! Se posso, un consiglio, se i proprietari riuscissero a gestire al meglio il bellissimo spazio esterno curando maggiormente il giardino e i suoi spazi alloa sarebbe veramente un sogno!
