2204 is a great condo! Easy check-in, on arrival we noticed how spacious, clean, and well-maintained it was. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, linens, and so much more! The a/c was wonderful, except in the loft where it began blowing very warm air. Luckily there are ceiling fans and it helped to distribute the warm air. It’s connected to the switch/timer downstairs and after awhile, it started working - except that it would take quite awhile to turn on and while the downstairs was nice and cool, the loft remained warmer. Still, we enjoyed staying in 2204, so much so, we booked it again!Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful thanksgiving weekend with family!

Wonderful Stay!

Our condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, very well stocked, and had an amazing view. The grounds there are so peaceful and beautiful, and everyone working there is friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Loved this place! Superior condo on the ocean. Loved sitting on the lanai with the waves crashing below. The place is exceptionally beautiful with everything you would need for a great vacation. Hope to return!

Best view I’ve ever had!

The ocean view was amazing and the sound of the surf spectacular. You could almost never have to leave the lanai. The unit itself was perfect for our three family couples. The kitchen was very well appointed, plenty of towels, plenty of room around the table inside or on the lanai and in the living area. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay. The location directly on the water is without compare! We saw whales several times, great sunsets, fun watching the outrigger canoes go by, etc. The condo itself is extremely well maintained and very roomy. The grounds are very lush and staff are terrific. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous oceanfront views from balcony. Spacious for our family of 7 adults. Very nicely renovated. Convenient beach equipment. Note- the beach there is rocky/ not for swimming- but lovely sandy beaches are only 20 - 30 min drive.

Incredible location!

VERY clean! The condo was stocked with plenty of essentials. The location is incredible, we enjoyed listening to the ocean from the lanai. The kitchen has plenty of items to prepare and serve many meals, and high end appliances. Plenty of room for our family. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful.

The condo has the most incredible views. It is right on the ocean and gives a perfect viewing point to watch the whales play. The condo itself provided everything one needs and more to make your vacation comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the near future. Thank you for sharing your home.

Six Extremely Happy Vacationers!

We took our two daughters and their significant others to Kona for a family vacation and could not have picked a better Condo for our visit. The ocean view location from the lanai was outstanding and the Condo itself was very well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The three bedrooms with three bathrooms was perfect for six adults. Every day after "taking in the sights" around the Island it felt so comfortable returning to the Condo which had a homelike atmosphere. We wouldn't think twice about renting this Condo on our next trip to Kona. Thanks to Darrell for being a great host! Kim & Denise

Can you say Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

First, Darrel and the property manager Mark are awesome to work with, very attentive. The condo had everything you could want from kitchen ware to linens. The 3-bedroom 3 bath worked perfect for our family. The lanai sat 6 comfortably at the table and had two nice lounges to kick back on. We loved our stay; this will be a go to when we are back on Kona. Mahalo

Beautiful View!

Beautiful and well stocked condo. Amazing view from the balcony. Air conditioner is on a timer and so on days were we explored the island we came back to a hot condo but air and fans efficiently cooled things down quickly. Would 100% rent this unit again!!

Hawaii vacation

The view from the lanai was the most awesome thing to wake up to each day. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed or happened to forget. The snorkeling gear was great and there was enough for everyone in our group. The living room did get a little hot in the afternoon even with air conditioning but we learned to close the shades and patio doors to help keep the sun out. I would definitely stay here again if and when I come back to the Big Island.

This property was beautifully decorated and fully supplied with everything needed for a relaxing one of a kind Hawaiian vacation. Gourmet kitchen, lanai, lounge, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, walk in closets, washing machine/dryer, A/C. Walking distance to shops and beaches, the resort had 3 pools, tennis court, games area and easy parking. Driving distance to close or further tourist attractions - short drive to the airport. Prompt communication with owner for booking and stay details. Couldn't fault this property and would happily stay again.

Well appointed

Condo was impressively appointed. Everything from makeup mirror to beach & snorkel gear to power strips at the bedside. Full-size shampoo, conditioner & bodywash in each shower. Our party of 7 women had everything we needed for an incredible stay. Be sure to take the path to the bay next door. Snorkeling was good there.

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. Everything was just as you described or better. The view was amazing! The condo was very clean. We came during July and it was hot so the ac was great. It would cool down all the rooms well except for the master bathroom. We loved that you had everything we would need in the kitchen. The grounds were beautiful and secure.

Incredible place to stay

This condo far exceeds the pictures and written expectations. The owner did a beautiful job on the remodel of this condo. The location is perfect close to restaurants, grocery store, snorkeling and shopping. There 3 couples and this was perfect each couple had their own room and full bathroom. The amenities with pool and barbecue were great for evenings in hot tub with a nice beverage and watch the sunset. The view was so relaxing and hard to leave. The beach supplies and snorkeling supplies were wonderful. The fact this condo has air conditioning was a deciding factor in our chose, but there was so much more once we got there.

AMAZING!

We travel a fair amount and usually stick to vrbo style private rentals, and this one was GREAT! Beautiful condo in a beautiful location with a beautiful view-- I sat for hours listening to the waves crash at night. The condo was very well appointed-- there was even shampoo, sunscreen, makeup wipes, etc.. the amenities were great! There was snorkel gear, coolers, and 4 boogie boards! Layout of property was spectacular, we used the pools a lot and grilled out. We also did the night manta ray dive-- I would HIGHLY recommend-- and we could see the site from tbe property. I couldn't recommend this property any higher, a 6/5!

June family trip

The house was nice and big enough for our family of 7. The pool is only 3ft deep and not very big. What bother us the most was how dirty the pool deck was. Black mold and dirt all over around the pool. We could not even find a broom to sweep it ourselves. The pictures are deceiving. Only 2 lounge chairs and no outside dinning table. Kitchen didn't have much in the way of spices. We had to go back to the store for salt and peper. Also there is no access to get in the ocean within walking distance. u will not hear the ocean from the house. With that being said the house was very private. We loved the sounds of the frogs at night. We were not too hot the fans kept us cool at night.

Perfect family vacation

This condo is right above the water and very well appointed for a group of 6. We traveled to Kona for Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom. The loft room was a bit warm when air conditioning was off, but was comfortable when AC was on. There are plenty of dishes, pans and basic spices. We decided the BBQ by the quiet pool was the easiest for us to use (the one by the ocean pool wouldn’t consistently light and seemed slower to heat up) We liked that it was not in the city center but not so far away we couldn’t go to town…about a 10-15 minute drive. Washer and dryer are newer and very quiet. We have no complaints and hopefully can return in the future.

Great Condo for Family Vacation

This was the perfect condo for a family vacation of 7 people, 4 adults and 3 teenage boys. Main bedrooms are spacious and the loft area is perfect for teenagers. The unit has been recently refurbished and the fixtures and fittings are first class. Virtually everything is available for gourmet, in-house cooking and family dinners around the table if that is your preference. The owners also make lots of beach hardware available, from chairs and boogie boards to a choice of snorkels, masks and fins. The lanai is perfect for sitting back, sipping a Mai-Tai and watching the sun go down. Cleanliness of the unit was perfect and it would be difficult to find anything negative to say in general. Better views from the bedrooms might be on the wish list, but overall, we had a great time and hope to go back to 2204 someday.
