The LIVING ROOM, with its open concept, features a leather sofa and lots of designer touches, along with a 55" flat screen TV. You will dine at the unique, glass-topped dining table seated in mid-century modern styled chairs.
The KITCHEN with its one-of-a-kind glass backsplash has all the amenities to cook up that special meal … dishwasher, full-sized range, tall Euro-style refrigerator, Keurig and drip coffee maker, air fryer and over-the-range microwave with fan. Cookware includes: pots and pans, chef's knives, blender, mini food processor, kettle and toaster.
The PRIMARY BEDROOM highlights include a Sealy posturepaedic, queen-sized bed with 100% cotton sheets and comfy duvet. Plenty of storage is available in the stylish dresser drawers and the mirrored closet. Unique artwork, bedside tables with lamps complete this restful oasis. USB and AC charging for your devices at your fingertips. There is extra 'sound insulation' throughout the suite, too.
The DEN/OFFICE (separate room with door) has ample natural light and a desk with cushioned chair, making it perfect for working at home; good internet as well. Lamps along with a lounge chair for moments of relaxation. A yoga mat is found in the closet along with an iron and ironing board. Wireless internet (fibre) is included. Laptop stand and monitor available. Paper shredder.
The BATHROOM has a large shower with a built-in glass mural of a local scene, along with a supply of towels and close-up vanity mirror.
LAUNDRY - Free shared laundry is located off of the common hallway and suite entry. It features a new LG washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is supplied.
There is an OUTDOOR PATIO with table and chairs for your enjoyment, near the shared backdoor entry. Wifi is included, as well as Netflix.
**IMPORTANT** Starting 01May24, the BC government requires a minimum of 90 nights for most stays in British Columbia. Therefore, we have changed our previous minimum stay of 30 nights to 91 nights. PLEASE reach out with any questions before making a booking. Minimum stay is 91 nights.

Located in historic Sapperton on a tree-lined street, with a large park and great hiking / running trails nearby, the suite is well positioned close to transit (both buses and Skytrain), as well as Hwy 1.
The neighbourhood features a grocery store, banks, pharmacy and liquor store. Local eateries include: Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Korean and Thai. Why not try sushi from Sushi Heaven, tacos from the Taco Factory, or great eats at The District Pub?
