This 3-bed, 2-bath, 1850 sq ft heated pool home in the desirable Thunderbird 8-Lakes area of SW Cape Coral offers a perfect retreat for your vacation. With recent enhancements from a new cleaning company and maintenance person in December 2024, we are dedicated to providing an even better guest experience.

Fish for red snapper, drumfish, and even blacktip sharks from the cement dock (wood dock not available) , or take a dip in the newly resurfaced pool. Enjoy the convenience of a 10-minute bike ride to the Westin Resort, shops, and restaurants. This home’s tasteful decor and high-quality amenities ensure your stay is as relaxing as it is memorable.

The location is outstanding. The highlights were the pool and view of the lake. The property manager was very quick on getting back to us with any questions. Overall a comfortable place for family and kids!

Clean house, quiet neighborhood. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen looked to have everything one may need to make meals, including a good variety of spices and condiments. The skylights in the house let in a lot of light. The house is big enough to have people spread out.

Good Trip

The house matched online profile. It was nice being able to relax is the pool during the evening. Although we didn't cook during our stay , everything was provided. Beautiful location. We would definitely rent this again.

Almost perfect!

Nice sized house with a beautiful view, right on the lake. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool was wonderful. The only issue (and it's probably only an issue for me because I cook often) is that the kitchen could use a baking dish and/or a cookie sheet or two. All communication with hosts before and during the stay was excellent. Would stay again.

I stayed at this place and have to say, that finding a large bug in the bathroom-cockroach - dish washer left dishes dirty , outlets in both bathrooms didn’t work no lamp shape on lamp in bedroom, the kitchen had all old and limited dishes and cookware. The windows on this place are dirty the pool area wasn’t clean. No tvs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Old windows blinds that didn’t work the 3 patio door blinds missing slats. No wall decorations. The dryer start button was broken off. When notified the property manager and told her about all the issues she claims to have not been aware of the issues. I explained that this place did I not meet our expectations as to other places we stayed

The house was nice.Communication was not great, when we arrived we were very disappointed that the dock was not usable. It was unsafe with boards missing, nails exploded rusted out metal. There was a screen in need of repair and a screen door busted. And completely rigged making it hard to open or close. I reached out and was told they were aware and hoped to have it all repaired soon. They said it just happened however there was no communication to us about any of it until I brought it up to make sure we were not blamed for the damage. It is not allowing me to load picture to review. The house inside was nice and clean.

Worst vacation Ive Even been in

From the first day the air was broken, the temperature was at 79, we contacted the manager but they never fixed the air when we first opened that we had to leave the property, the pool was dirty, the filter was broken and the ducts were broken, there were remains of chicken bones and food on the floor, the garbage was full and with worms, when we told the manager about the air problem her response was that we left it at 78 because it could freeze, she didn't care that We were hot, the owner never called us to help us and terrible service from the Manager.

Nice home with pretty nice furniture good neighborhood. Pretty well equipped. Should point out that the owner lives in South America and has not been on the property for years. The manager seem good. There are things that could be done to make it a little nicer: mats for lounge chairs on the patio, dishwasher looks on it's last legs stove burner controls are mostly rubbed off, not enough lamps, patio sliding doors hard to operate. No access to brooms or sweepers. The Lake and pool were nice.C

Host and cohost were excellent with cohost going and beyond with supplying us with bikes and kayak.

Cohost went over beyond with communication. He was GREAT. Pool comfort is minimal. Kitchen could use a through cleaning along with pots and pans and cupboards. Bath towels need to be replaced as well as bed sheets and pillows and comforters. Location is excellent and so is view!!!

Great view/pool but that’s it

Pros: Great view/pool Cons: -Lacking basic essentials like oven mitt, dustpan/broom, dishwasher sponge, shampoo/conditioner/body wash -The floors left our feet dirty and black -The pillows are very thin and uncomfortable - so bring your own -Wifi and Tv didn’t work and didn’t get fixed until the middle of our second day -The screen door leading to the dock was broken and wouldn’t open or shut properly -The dock was poorly maintained so you can’t stand on it and really enjoy the scenery This property has a lot of potential to be great, but it’s very outdated and not very well maintained. Spend the extra $100 a night a stay somewhere nicer.

Three beds, two baths, pool home on the gulf access, Thunderbird 8- lakes area in SW Cape Coral. Tastefully decorated with all amenities to make your vacation a memorable one. Amazing views for fishing Red Snapper, drum gish, and snook. Take your boat for a ride to Gulf, enjoy a dip in the newly resurfaced pool, or get a good night's sleep on the comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen. A 10-minute bike ride to the Westin resort, with many shops and restaurants. Newly renovated in April 2019. Amazing views, best location in Cape Coral. Quiet street for a good night's rest. Beautiful paved pool deck with amazing pool overlooking incredible views of Thunderbird lake. I lived in this home for five years and can say this area of Cape Coral is quiet, friendly, and full of life. Many parks are close to walking in the morning or evening. I renovated the bathrooms, painted, and laid new tiles for the enjoyment of my guests. The pool deck has comfortable tables and chairs for breakfast and lounges to get sun in the afternoon. A new Air conditioning unit was installed in September of last year to keep things cool. A jacuzzi bath for your relaxation in the master bedroom bathroom.
