We are located just off South Osage Beach Parkway near the Grand Glaize Bridge in a secluded quiet cove in the heart of Osage Beach within a 62-unit condominium complex. We manage several other condos in the complex should you need more than one. By water we are at the one mile marker of the Grand Glaize Arm which is off the 19 mile marker of the main channel.
Walking in from the parking lot you will find no steps, just a slight step up at the front door. The living room has a full size sofa and love seat. The sofa does not pull out but you could certainly bring bedding for someone to sleep on the sofa or even the carpeted living room floor. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with Spectrum cable TV and internet. Electric fireplace, no gas or wood. Sliding glass door leads to the covered deck.
