This extremely clean one bedroom. one bath sits lake front with a beautiful main channel view. This property is equipped with modern furniture, appliances, and décor. This unit has no stairs to the condo entrance and a designated parking spot. We do have a 10 x 30 boat slip for an additional charge for your stay if interested.

It is located on the 21 MM in a cozy, no wake cove. Come sit and enjoy the beautiful lake view off the private screened deck. You can also BBQ on our electrical grill while enjoying the view.

Approximately, 580 square feet, this condo sleeps 4. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and has direct access to the bathroom. Our leather sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper for additional guests or children.

The living room has a big screen TV with cable, as well as, free Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy cable TV in the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, dishes, glasses, cooking pans/utensils and flat wear. We also supply all linens, pillows, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. Additionally, we have an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.

This complex is located close to many Dining, Shopping, Entertainment and Grocery Stores, including the popular Outlet Malls. There is also a nearby boat and watercraft rental company within the cove.

Harbor Point offers a heated swimming pool with amazing lake views, on-site laundry room, tennis court, boat ramp and onsite trailer parking area.
Pool is normally open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

This property was perfect for a relaxing getaway! The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. I love all the little touches like multiple hooks for swimsuits and towels in the bathroom and out on the deck. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to eat some meals in instead of going out for everything. The complex is great and family friendly. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

The property owners were so accommodating! We had some questions at the beginning of our trip, and the property managers were always so quick to get back to us. We loved the quiet space and being able to escape to community pool on a hot day. The space was clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our family has enjoyed our vacation time at Lake of the Ozarks for years. We love everything about the Lake and all the amenities offered in the Osage Beach, MO area. We love the fact that we can share this beautiful property with others that love the "Lake Life" too!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property last year as we fell in the love with the small complex and enjoyed meeting and getting to know the other owners within the property. We also love our amazing Main Channel View that we can enjoy off our privately screen deck during all the wonderful seasons of the year! This property is also very close to everything you might need such as shopping, groceries, outlet malls, winery, water parks, golf, and hospital.

What makes this property unique

We love the waterfront views from the living room and the deck. We are able to watch ducks, birds and turtles in nature. We also enjoy watching the many boats that pass by on the Main Channel. Another great feature, is we have a no step entry from the parking lot which makes it convenient to get your belongings to and from the condo.
