We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The home was incredibly well cared for and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Our host was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. There was even a power outage while we were there, but thanks to a newly installed generator, we weren’t affected at all. That level of preparation and care really stood out.We highly recommend this house and would happily stay here again!

We rented this house for a family reunion. We had a great time. Loved the property with beautiful views and access to the lake. Everybody had their own bedroom. Plenty of space to play games or watch movies. The kitchen was loaded with cooking utensils, indoor grill and a griddle. The host was very responsive and very friendly. We definitely recommend the place.

Great location on Lake Arrowhead. We had a big group (12) and had plenty of room. Our group likes to cook and the kitchen fully accommodated us with multiple cooking surfaces and two refrigerators. We enjoyed the lake, kayaking and volleyball right outside the house. We had some questions after checking in and Bill was very communicative and prompt to reply.

Lake Arrowhead Reunion

The house was in a beautiful setting directly on the lake. There were 3 levels that adequately accommodated 12adults and 2 teenagers. We kayaked, swam, and fished off the dock and took several hikes. Wonderful time and super accommodations!!

We had a wonderful time at Blue Jay! We were a group of 14 (8 adults, 6 children) celebrating some milestone birthdays. The house was just perfect for us in terms of room arrangements and beds. Blue Jay sits above a beautiful cove on Lake Arrowhead with a lovely view. We spent most of our time just enjoying the docks/decks/patios and the view. Bill, the host could not have been more accommodating, attentive or easier to work with. His suggestions for activities and ways to spend our time in his home and around the lake were very helpful. Kayaking and canoeing were great fun as was swimming off the dock. In a word.....it was FANTASTIC. Lots of conversations were had about returning soon.

Wonderful vacation

The house is beautiful. We loved cooking in their kitchen. The dock and beach area was a hit for us and the kids, the lake was beautiful. It was a wonderful stay and Bill was easy to communicate with even though he was out of town. Loved the experience.

We had a wonderful time at Bill's home. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. Each of the families with children occupied a separate floor which created a great working space for all of us. The home was well equipped with all the necessities and functioned well. We all brought food so having the two refrigerators was key. and of course, it goes without saying that the location was spectacular. We all spent a lot of time down at the dock enjoying all the amenities that were provided, from fishing, and swimming, to kayaking and canoeing. Everyone had a blast. We hope to return again sometime. Thank you.

Owner was always available and so helpful

We loved our stay. We are a big family and love cooking and this kitchen was a 15 on a scale of 1-10!!! 5 of us could cook in it at same time!! kayaks, canoes, games. Best VRBO we've ever rented.

Loved this place!

Had a great time here, the lake is peaceful, and the view from the balcony is priceless. We stay at homeaway rentals all the time, and it's nice when you rent a place that is stocked with necessities ie spices, etc for cooking - most of the time places have nothing and if you want to cook, you have to buy these things, but this place was VERY well stocked, and the owner was very nice and helpful. I would definitely rent here again.

Thank you for your comments. It's the little things that add up. Trying to remember all of the things you need when traveling with a large group can make traveling a burden. Spices, cooking oils, coffee all add up. Come back and enjoy the peace, quiet and beauty of Lake Arrowhead.

Relaxing

We love cooking and a great kitchen with everything you could imagine. Had a fun fishing contest but not many fish. Kayaks and canoe perfect. Great location-close to town. Spent lots of time just sitting on deck and enjoying the view!!

Great Home

The home was the perfect place for our family’s winter weekend getaway. Plenty of rooms for everyone in our large group and the 2 living rooms accommodated separate activities when needed. Kitchen was huge and had everything it one could need. The only thing that could have been improved was to disarm the security alarm before our arrival, but our host quickly took care of it and the rest of the stay was wonderful!

That's the whole family, Grandparents and all. We love to spend time together at the Lake House relaxing, hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, reading, sometimes doing homework or chores. We have always lived on lakes on the east coast, so why not in California.
We enjoy having our kids and their friends come for fun visits. As my wife says,
'We are creating memories!'

We live in Southern California. There is nothing like leaving the coast and being in a different world in a little over an hour. It is clean, peaceful, and beautiful. It is truly our get away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Lake Arrowhead has so much to offer the entire family. In the summer, you can boat, wakeboard or water ski, swim in the fresh water, go to many musical events and shows in the village, hike along the trails by the lake, and go out to great restaurants or just barbeque at home (our favorite. In the winter, we can ski, snowboard,ice skate, go sledding or cozy up to a nice warm fire.
