Ontsnap naar dit prachtige en charmante 2020 vierkante voet ceder dubbelzijdige chalet meer thuis gelegen in het bos gelegen op 49 hectare wakker vrij Pear Lake voor die perfecte rustige vakantie. Dit ruime 2 verdiepingen, afgewerkte staking meer huis heeft 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De slaapkamer loft heeft alle grenen tong en groef gewelfde plafonds met een log reling trap die uitkijkt over de begane grond keuken en woonkamer met een gashaard en grote trapeziumramen bieden adembenemend uitzicht op de ochtend zonsopgang bij het meer. De begane grond heeft ook een slaapkamer, een complete badkamer, wasruimte, terras aan het meer en een veranda met een gasrooster. Het lagere niveau staking heeft een slaapkamer met 2 sets van twee over stapelbedden, complete badkamer, familie kamer met tv en dek langs staking. Buiten is een vuurplaats om marshmallows, s'mores te roosteren en rond te zitten om van het buitenleven te genieten. Trappen bieden toegang tot dock om te zwemmen, vissen, gebruik van kano / kajak en ruimte beschikbaar voor een boot. Een 18 voet ponton is te huur. Neem contact met ons op voor prijzen van ponton. Het perenmeer heeft een openbare toegang tot Hwy 77, die klein, rustig en wakker is, waar de bewoners van het meer diep van genieten. Gelegen in de buurt van provincieland, ATV-paden, sneeuwscooterpaden en kanovaren op de Namekagon-rivier. Binnen 3 mijl is Heartwood paden die 20 km paden biedt voor fietsen, wandelen, langlaufen, sneeuwschoenwandelen voor een vergoeding gebruik vergoeding. Ook in de buurt zijn restaurants, tavernes, golfbanen, casino's, etc.

Het pand ligt op ongeveer 2,5 uur van Minneapolis, 3,5 uur van Rochester, 4 uur van Madison en Green Bay, 5 uur van Milwaukee en 6 uur van Chicago. Dichtbij steden zijn de volgende. Minong is 12 mijl en Hayward is 32 mijl naar het oosten. Spooner ligt 25 mijl naar het zuiden. Webb Lake is 6 mijl en Danbury ligt 19 mijl naar het westen.

The check-in process was straightforward, great directions, and I appreciated that Mike called to check in after we arrived to see if we had any questions. The kitchen was fully complete with everything you will need (and then some)! The chilled beer glasses in the freezer were a great added touch after long drive!

Lake vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake home. It was a very quiet lake and we had the lake to ourselves for most of the time we were there. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Family vacay

The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The lake was clear and perfect for swimming and kayaking. The hosts were wonderful and made the whole process very easy. The kids ranked this vacation a 9 out of 10 and didn’t want to leave.

Birkie weekend with family

We stayed over Birkie weekend with three generations - ages 65 to 1. The home was perfect for our needs. We found some shovels in the garage and made an ice rink on the lake for some family hockey games, which was the highlight of our stay. We also snuck down to the lake at night to watch the stars. There are two additional twin mattresses tucked under the bunks in the basement bedroom. There are plenty of extra bedding/blankets and towels in closets, which was so nice! We would stay again.

The place was not clean. The Owner failed to mention that there are 85 steps down to the dock. Being 80 years old limited my lake access. Property was not maintained very well.

Family of Five Getaway

We stayed at Mike and Connie’s cabin and it was everything we wanted and more. We were very comfortable in this super cozy cabin. We enjoyed the lake a lot. We brought floating tubes with us and were able to float and relax on the sun. It was also great for fishing. The kids caught a bunch of fish. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The cabin was threat for family time. We played games around the table, watched a movie and play a bunch of pool too. We loved it and everyone said they wanted to come back!

I didn't want to leave!!!

Amazing cabin! So clean and impressively well stocked! The lake was nice and quiet but getting back up those stairs was quite the workout! We all loved it!

Great Stay

The cabin is large, well equipped and comfortable. The lake is peaceful and serene. Tons of outdoor adventures to have in the area. We really had a nice time with our family and would definitely come back.

Peaceful and relaxing home away from home

Lovely lake home, everything we needed was there. Well stocked kitchen, more than enough towels, linens, blankets etc. The board games were fun! Our daughter brought a pack and play for her baby, we didn’t realize there was one provided (there is also a booster seat/high chair). Family friendly for all ages! Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out. Good lake for fishing, lots of big bass. The views from the cabin and deck are beautiful. It is quite remote, but we were looking for a week away from it all so it was absolutely perfect for us. Lots of steps down to the lake, pontoon is provided for a fee but we just used the provided kayaks. Not a good beach area for swimming if that’s what you’re looking for, it is a bit weedy. Nice quiet no wake lake, the water is very clear. We took a short walk and ended up at the Namekagon River, perfect for paddle boarding/tubing/kayaking. The owners were great, excellent communication, and the property was spotless when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Great location

Close to the highway and centrally located between Minong, Webb Lake and Spooner areas made day trips quick and easy. The small no-wake lake was great for kayaking and loon watching. Quite a few stairs down to the lake could be an issue for some but was a good leg workout for us. There are also several nice landings on the river nearby which we will bring our kayaks for if we make it back up. Thanks Mike!

Amazing weekend

This property was perfect for a cold weekend. Our families had so much fun sitting by the fire and enjoying the beautiful views. The house was perfect. Kids had the downstairs to themselves and adults had a blast upstairs and on the deck. Owners were extraordinarily helpful and nice.

Beautiful cabin!

We had a great stay in trego. The cabin lives up to the pictures! Only downside i could think of was the backyard, it was being redone or something during our stay and it was little uneven. But no complaints, Mike made it very easy and and there was plenty to keep us busy. Think we only left once during the week to restock. Definitely would check it out in the summer( we stayed in the fall)

We are both from rural SE Mn and grew up on farms. We spent every summer taking vacations up north with family and friends doing, camping, boating, fishing, swimming, atv riding, etc. These vacations provided experiences and memories with our family and friends that are priceless.

We have enjoyed the north country of Wisconsin and Minnesota for years. The fall of 2018 was our first visit to the Minong area where we stayed at a friends cabin on Pear Lake. We enjoyed it so much we decided to go back to our friends cabin this year. We noticed this property was for sale on Pear Lake and decided it was a place we wanted for our own. We hope you enjoy this lake home and all this area has to offer as much as we do.
