In addition to being in a perfect location, you’ll feel right at home relaxing by the fire in plush leather furniture, making meals in a beautiful, well appointed kitchen and grilling on the patio while watching the downtown bustle.
Enjoy an open concept floor plan with a kitchen that opens to both the living room and the dining room. The updated kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with new and well cared for cooking and bakeware, a toaster, Keurig and everything in between.
Both bedrooms include queen, high-end mattresses, black out curtains and large closets (one has a walk-in). There are blinds and curtains throughout, assuring everyone gets a good night sleep.
The bathroom is generously stocked with towels of all sizes, high end shampoo, conditioner & body wash. A hair dryer is available for use, as well.
The small outside patio contains two comfortable chairs, a side table and gas BBQ. It’s a perfect spot to start your morning or have a glass of wine as you settle in after an adventurous day.
The condo is located 3 blocks off of Coeur d’Alene’s main street Sherman Avenue. Sherman Avenue is where you’ll find many of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and boutique shops. The Farmer's Market runs on Wednesdays (May-Oct). Tubbs Hill has miles of breathtaking lakeside hiking trails. City Beach and Park are blocks from the condo and offer boating, parasailing and float plane rides.
There are many wonderful events and celebrations organized throughout the year in Coeur d’Alene such as the Art Walk, Art on the Green, Car d’Lane, Ironman, 4th of July, Octoberfest, the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and the New Year's Eve fireworks display.
In the warmer months, we have a bike rental business right across the street, which allows you to hop on the Centennial Trail right in front of The Coeur d'Alene Resort. This 24 mile trail meanders from the Idaho/Washington border along the Spokane River to Higgins Point on beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene. With many fun stops along the way, including Riverstone, you’re able to catch a movie, grab a bite to eat and/or browse one of the many trendy local shops. Coeur d’Alene Bike company will store your bike and helmet for you when not in use.
Kayak and paddle board rentals are also located just kitty corner from the condo. Rent for one day or multiple days for a discount. Included in your kayak or paddleboard rental is a quick drop off service down to the Lake.
Winter months are also a wonderful time to visit beautiful Coeur d’Alene. Not only is the city lit up in beautiful holiday lights, but there are many festive events going on that time of year, too. There are endless snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails, and we are lucky to be within an hour's drive to FOUR ski resorts. Schweitzer, Mt. Spokane, Lookout and Silver Mountain.
You could easily spend your entire visit walking and biking CdA and never run out of things to do. But for those wanting to do a little more exploring, there’s a long list of things to do in the surrounding area, too. You will find a basket of brochures and maps at the condo when you arrive.
