Las Verandas 6250 is located within the exclusive Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club. Situated on 483 gated lush acres, Bahia offers an unparalleled experience allowing guests to escape to a luxurious, relaxing resort with amazing amenities.

As you drive through the gates at the entrance to the resort, you will immediately be transported to a tropical paradise located near El Yunque (the only rainforest in the U.S. Forest System) and situated on two miles of pristine, sandy and secluded ocean beach. Relaxation awaits you whether you choose to play the challenging Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course located at the resort, enjoy the exclusive Spa or an exquisite dinner at the Beach Club Restaurant. You could also choose to play tennis or utilize the luxurious gym.

A very private pool reserved for Las Verandas guests awaits you just steps away from your doorstep, featuring cabana beds and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun as well as a pool table and grill to accommodate an impromptu barbecue; this pool experience is not to be missed.

Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club is truly an outdoors lovers' paradise. Take advantage of the boat house located steps from our villa and kayak or paddle board on the beautiful Lake, while taking in the Certified Gold Audubon International Signature wildlife sanctuary around you. You may also walk, jog or use the bikes available at the boat house to venture along the nature trails that run throughout the beautiful grounds of the resort and enjoy the unparallelled beauty of this one-of-a-kind luxury resort.

You may search for beautiful sand dollars at the resort's private beach or relax in the beach chairs available for guests. You may also walk all the way to the entrance of the Espiritu Santo River and collect exotic sea shells to remind you of your experience at Bahia Beach.

All the comforts of home await you at our immaculate villa with high-end furnishings, a gourmet fully-equipped kitchen and amazing outdoor patio space. The villa features 2 bedrooms and a den, with three full bathrooms.

1. In the Master Suite, you will find a king size bed, a TV and gorgeous views to the outside as well as access to the patio. The en suite bathroom features double sinks, a spacious stand-up shower for two, a large jacuzzi tub and a separate room with toilet and bidet.

2. In the second Suite, you will also find a king size bed, TV and an en suite full bathroom.

3. The third bedroom has bunk beds (2 full size beds) and a full bathroom,

The sumptuous living room area has a large screen TV with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view of the 10th hole green, through the french doors to the outside. You may also spend time outdoors enjoying the comfortable patio furniture.

For those who want to cook, a gourmet kitchen awaits you, fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans and all the kitchen tools you could possibly need. The dining table features seating for 6 and the spacious breakfast bar has seating for 4.

We include use of a Golf Cart that seats 4 adults, to allow efficient transportation throughout the resort.

Resort Access:

The Hotel and the villas (Las Ventanas, Las Verandas, etc.) are all located within the Bahía Beach Resort. Villa guests with Resort Passes can use the Las Verandas Pool, Las Ventanas Pool (near the beach) and the Beach Club Pool (which is the main pool of the resort) which has towel service, pool chairs, as well as food and drink service during the day at the pool bar. You can also use the Beach, the Boat House (including use of Water Park, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, Fishing equipment, etc.), Club Fitness Center (by the tennis courts), Basketball and Tennis Courts, all free of charge, as well as the golf course (certain fees apply).

Villa guests can also access the Beach Club Restaurant, The Beach Club Bar, The Cocotero (between the 9th and 10t hole) and the Sand Dollar Beach Bar, Sea grapes (at the Hotel) during the day and the Hotel Lobby bar, and Beach Club Restaurant, which opens for dinner. We strongly recommend to make reservations through the Bahia Beach Concierge at the Golf Club ahead of time, specially during periods of high demand.

We include in our fees the cost charged by the resort to all villa guests for daily Resort Passes, which is additional to the nightly rate. The cost of the passes is $200 per day, which covers Resort Passes for up to eight guests / day and the use of our 4 Seat Golf Cart.

The Hotel limits use of their pool (not the same as the Beach Club pool) and Paros Restaurant exclusively for Hotel guests and/or private parties, who may rent these venues.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the Resort does not provide room service, housekeeping services or delivery of groceries during your stay at the villas.
