This was our second time at this beautiful property and once again we loved our visit! The environment is comfortable, inviting, and clean. Great stay

The AC experienced an issue during our stay but Drew was able to get it sorted out right away for us with little to no impact. Drew was a grest host and the property was clean and very comfortable. Cant beat the proximity to Siesta Keys for the price. Would recommend this for any family as having a pool was a huge treat for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Spent most of the time on the spacious patio. This is a quiet neighborhood in a great location! Drew was an excellent host who promptly took care of a couple of small issues that we had. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Loved the warm pool!

Clean home in a quiet nice neighborhood. Very short drive to Siesta Key Beach. Also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. We really enjoyed the warm pool and outdoor living space!! So many pools are not heated and it was cool while we were in Florida so we still got to enjoy the pool. I would recommend this home. Great home for the price!

A great home base for our 10-day vacation!

The highlights:Drew was an amazing host. Friendly and fast responses.The swimming pool was immaculate. Without a doubt, having the swimming pool covered with a screened canopy is the best thing on this house. I will not rent a house that doesn’t have this. No bugs or leaves! Crystal clear water and the heater kept the water temp comfy. The pool guy came regularly and was a pro. Beach gear in the storage area made it so easy. We didn’t have to purchase or bring our own beach, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, or towels.The air conditioning units kept up with the heat during our stay. The rooms were comfortable. I love that the house had tile floors, so it was easy to keep clean after a day at the beach.I would definitely stay here again!

2025 Florida escape

Owner very quick to respond and fix any issues. Very quiet neighborhood. The house needs some serious cleaning outside and in. The use of a power washer outside to get rid of all the spiderwebs and bugs, mold, etc. Also the segments in the pool are coming from the roof. A bucket and some proper cleaning utensils would be needed. The floors were very dirty as we came. A swifter is not the proper tool for a proper cleaning between guest occupants. The lawn is just weeds, front and back, landscaping none really there. This was the most expensive house we had rented in the past 15 years by far, but this one needs some elbow grease to get it up to par. Also a few things like, spices a few, tin foil or some laundry detergent to start up the washing of the bedding, would be good. The area was ok, but very busy on the roads trying to get to beaches. We usually went to the further south area of Venice, which is much quieter and less crowded, which we may return to going forward.see pictures how dirty it was. The floor pads were on the first day, just in the kitchen and 1 in the bedroom. Lots of dog hair- we have no dog. Mattress in main bedroom needs renewal urgently.

The perfect house for a family beach vacation!

This house was beautifully decorated and had everything our family of six could need. There were beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys and goggles for the kids, and a wagon and two coolers for beach trips. The bedrooms were large and clean with comfy mattresses. We loved coming home after a long day at the beach to chill by the pool-board games and a large screen tv were both options on the lanai. The fenced backyard was great for the kids to catch geckos and play volleyball. Checking in and out was easy and Drew the property manager was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Thanks for a lovely Thanksgiving holiday in warm, sunny Florida. This rental gets 5 stars !!

We had an awesome month. Pool was perfect! The lanai was a very relaxing place. We spent most our time there while we were at the house. We had a great time in Siesta Key. Loved this home's proximity to everything! Appreciated the responsiveness of the property manager. The place is well supplied with all the beach gear you would need. Pool is a great size and was so refreshing.

Property was disappointing

The online pictures are deceiving. The house is very old, which is fine if they were keeping up on maintenance. We brought our dog and the back yard is dirt, no grass. I liked the lanai, but it needed to be power washed badly. The pool was always dirty within an hour of being cleaned. The furniture was filthy. The screening was full of spider webs. All and all it just needs TLC. They need to come and see it. I never heard from Drew to check on our stay except to say the pool guy was replacing the pump ( didn’t help the pool) You have to go through one bedroom to get to the master. No big deal, but be aware. The inside is clean and well stocked. I would not rent again.

Spring Break 2022

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool does not get much sun. However, we did enjoy the pool area and it was nice to be able to watch the NCAA games on the outside TV while the kids played in the pool. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
