This nicely appointed White Oak townhouse, within the gated community of Wintergreen Resort, is a CLEAN, NON-SMOKING, NO PETS unit that accommodates up to 6 guests.

***Our no pet/no animal policy allows renters with allergies to rent with confidence (the property owners also have severe allergy issues that prevent ability to accommodate pets/animals.)***

This is also our 2nd home, so we take great care to have a clean and comfortable place for our guests and ourselves. It is not packed with our personal items, because we want you to feel at home!

No “overflow guests” from other property owners. Renter must stay in property with other guests. If you would not have guests stay in your home, don’t send them to ours.

- Full size washer and dryer in the unit, as well as an ironing board and iron.
- All linens are included, and the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment, dishes, cookware, utensils and new appliances (2021).

A short walk to trails, ski slopes, Mountain Inn, special events, restaurants, bar, and convenience store. Enjoy the proximity of the slopes without the noise of the snowmaking machines!

In the Winter, after a day on the slopes, relax in front of the fireplace. In the Summer, enjoy Lake Monocan (not open to the public on Saturday).

WHAT TO BRING:
Renters should bring consumable items (toiletries, detergents, etc.) with them. We provide everything else!

RECENT UPDATES:
New kitchen appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, stone backsplash, kitchen task lighting, hardwood floors, interior finishes (doors, trim, hardware), 3 SmartTVs, Free fiber broadband WiFi, dehumidifier replacement, WiFi / battery backup smoke/ CO2 detectors, contactless entry.

Every booking incurs a one-time setup and host fee for your stay (listed as cleaning fee). The fee is significantly lower than our actual cost for housekeeping service and supplies. The owner does not retain these funds. These charges partially cover our cost for the setup service, a critical service to continue to provide clean, comfortable accommodations.

Cozy condo close to slopes

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. It was spacious for our family, and the kitchen was well equipped. I'm not sure I would want to walk to the slopes from it, but the drive is just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a well-stocked, beautiful condo. The beds are extremely comfortable and the living area is open and inviting. There is a great deck off the living room with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back.

Great Ski Trip

Cozy place at Wintergreen. Very clean and well stocked. Has a bed in the upstairs loft which was perfect for my youngest. Very communicative owners. It's a bit of a walk along a walkway to the slopes but much better then trying park there and walking. Great place for a small family.

Fantastic experience overall!

We had such a great time on this vacation, and this condo was a perfect place to stay when we weren't skiing. Everything was clean and any questions we might have had were answered before we even got there. The condo was a great size, it was actually bigger than it looks in the photos! It's also in a perfect location- very close to the ski lodge. Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful Mountain Getwaway

A very nice 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in Wintergreen close to everything you need. Restaurants and hiking trails within a short walk. Kitchen is equipped wonderfully. Over a hundred DVD's to watch and many books to read while you relax. Gas Station and Marketplace close by. Really a gem!

Fourth Of July Getaway!

This property was a perfect fit for our family of five. The property was very clean and accurately described in the listing. Perfect location for walking to the lodge to view the fireworks on the 4th of July. Very private location and comfortable furnishings! Owners were extremely prompt in answering questions before our trip and during our stay. Absolutely, NO problems with this listing at all! We would definitely book this property again.

Quaint little spot.

Cute little spot. There were issues with electricity on a couple nights which were out of everyone's control. The owners handled the situation very quickly and kept us in the loop as much as they could. The home had everything we needed for our stay and there were plenty of places to go nearby for entertainment. We enjoyed our time and would definitely come back. So far, one of the best VRBO we've ever stayed at okay.

Great Condo close to the slopes

We visited for a long weekend. The condo was nicely appointed and just a few blocks from the ski slopes. Location was quiet and there was plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was awesome! We loved the multiple levels and the kids especially loved the loft. The absence of wi-fi allowed us to unplug and enjoy family time. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Nice, comfortable place. We will be back!

Wintergreen has been a vacation spot for our family since 2001, because it is an amazing location with much to do for an active family that enjoys the outdoors. We live in southern VA and Wintergreen is a quick trip to the mountains to escape the summer heat!

Why they chose this property

The slopes and other activities are a short walk from the home. This particular neighborhood has very few rentals, offering quiet and privacy. The White Oak townhomes at Wintergreen Resort are the ONLY condos/townhomes at the resort without shared floors/ceilings, allowing you to vacation without noise interruptions from neighbors. With living space on 3 levels, it offers a lot of privacy for guests traveling together.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to ski slopes, 30 miles of hiking trails for all ability levels within the resort, and it is adjacent to the Appalachian Trail and Blueridge Parkway.
