Angie the manager went above and beyond helping us during our stay. The property exceeded our expectations. The parking is a little tight. Follow instructions for check in and go to the hotel office. Thanks for the hospitality.

The property is situated on a steep hill which requires either a lot of steps up or gravel paths to either the top parking lot or the parking area below the unit. The steps are lacking handrails for a large chunk of the climb. The gravel paths up above the property or down from the property are sketchy. We had a friend slip on the gravel and break a heel on her shoe. Luckily just a twisted ankle. Also, you have to carry your luggage and other items up or down these paths. Wheels on the luggage are not much help on gravel. It should be noted that accessing the unit is very difficult and not suitable for elderly or handicapped individuals. One member has COPD and couldn't make the climb. We had to shuttle a car above and below the unit so she could always be going downhill. The property needs quite a bit of TLC inside and out. Example, the kitchen faucet felt like it was getting ready to come out of the sink. There is no stove. Only a microwave so meal preps were an issue. That being said, the property manager went above and beyond trying to accommodate us. He was very polite, understanding, and did what he could. Unfortunately, there was nothing else available in the area. The unit did have a beautiful view from the deck however the shrubs in front needed trimming.Sorry for this review but VRBO needs to let perspective renters know about the challenges of getting to and from the rental unit before they commit. We were not made aware of these challenges.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay at the beach suite. Upon your arrival you raised the issue that Julie could not navigate the hill to the suite (either up or down) and we offered a full refund. There are many hotels in Kalispell that would have had rooms, but you did not want to stay in Kalispell. Julie's sister had a reservation in our inn, and you asked if she could stay in the VRBO to help Julie navigate the terrain. We canceled her reservation and refunded her money without penalty. At this point, it seemed we had addressed all your issues. For you to write such a review catches us off guard because the terrain in Lakeside is the same everywhere and the pictures in the listing reflect that. We are not handicapped assessable and do not claim to be. Also, all the amenities that come with the suite are in the listing, so to complain about a lack of a cooktop is an oversight on your part. We care very much for our beautiful lakeside property and feel we exercised every option we could to make your stay enjoyable.
My friends and I absolutely loved our stay! The property is so beautiful. It’s perfect for Montana vibes, it has a beautiful dock right on the lake, things are conveniently located near by, and Angie the manager was just amazing! She our stay so comfortable and fun and was so helpful and accommodating.I was unsure of where to check in because it says sunrise on one side and Vrbo house rental on the other side, so that part was a little confusing but other than that, everything was absolutely magnificent!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Flathead Lake - the view was even better than the pictures. The apartment was spotless and there were many thoughtful touches. Gregg was kind enough to also give us many helpful tips for Glacier National Park. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect- you can walk to the shared dock and have a campfire or lay out and sunbath and swim. It is also walking distance to the marina if you want to rent a boat. There were fruit trees and bushes on property that our kids loved. There is a gravel walkway or staircase to and from the property up a steep hill but our kids (2 and 4) had no trouble. The place itself is well stocked with everything you’d need (hot plates as there is not a stove and a very nice grill). The bathroom is luxurious with an oversized tub and steam shower. Highly highly recommend! And thank you Angie for letting us check in late and all of your help!
Greg and his wife were wonderful hosts! Our stay was amazing. The views, the dock, the ease of walking to town were all fantastic! The cherry tree & raspberries were a great bonus, not to mention the snacks and water left for us. And now it looks like we are remodeling our bathroom to include a steam shower, lol. Can’t wait to back again next year!
Very clean and spacious suite with amazing beach/lakefront. Beautiful views! We enjoyed the beach and dock as much as possible. And we enjoyed HGTV when we got rained out. :) Our host Gregg was wonderful. He is gracious and very helpful. My only concern before we arrived was that this rental does not have a full stove. The kitchenette is quite small and we did not want to eat out all week. However, we were able to make meals easily with an electric skillet and the microwave. It worked out well. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and hope to stay here again. Absolutely fantastic!

CONDO NOT FOR SENIORS
Not a 2 (two) bedroom. Very steep gravel walkway from car parking space to condo, with 105 steps. Also, extremely poor lighting in this gravel walkway. Small kitchen. No dishwasher. No oven. No garbage disposal. Large bedroom. Large bathroom..
Nice view of lake. Again, not for seniors. TOO MANY STEPS.

My 86 year old mother walked to the beach from the upper parking lot an back up with no problem. We are the managers at 71 and 70.
We walk this pathway almost daily and have never considered it steep!.
The pathway is lit with solar lighting!
The claim that there are 105 steps to the VRBO is an exaggeration of such proportion I have no logical reply.
Now if one walked from the upper parking lot past the VRBO, down the rock steps and across Lakeside Blvd. to our 45 foot dock and 140 feet of private beach for our guests then and only than one might take 105 steps.
We have managed this property for the owners who live on property and are in their mid 70's for 5 years.
Never in that time has there been one negative review!
Seniors are welcome-the majority of our guests are seniors..
However, there is one big difference- up until now they all could count.

We were looking for high quality place to stay as we visited Glacier National Park. This place did not disappoint. It over looks Flathead lake, the cleanest lake in the world according to most. It is convenient to Kalispell while not being too far away from Glacier National Park. Drove to and from the park 3 days in a row and enjoyed the drive each day.
There are two King beds and a futon sleeper here. Full Kitchen. Fireplace, Air Conditioning, to large porches with table and bbq grill.
One review mentioned the walk from parking to home. Parking is private for guests of this VRBO, huge perk. My wife and I are both over weight and out of shape. My wife is in a wheel chair for anything over a few hundred feet. She had two artificial knees, handicap plates and RA. Neither of us had any problem traveling form parking to home and home to parking. (see pictures or path). If you are in wheel chair or walker, this may not be the place for you, NOT handicap accessible. But if able to walk on and off a place unassisted you will have no problem here. There are a few steps at porch.
The bathroom is large and the steam shower is oversized with bench and is AMAZING! Soaker tub separate from shower. His and her vanities and a closet for clothes. Second half bath off kitchen as well.
Hosts were friendly, available as needed and always willing to help if needed while affording utmost privacy.
Private dock/beach area with chairs, lounge chairs, firepit. 10 out of 10
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake that made every morning and evening special. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and ideal for families, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together.Chris and Chuck were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Lakeside getaway and would gladly stay here again!
Great location with a view! Well appointed, exceptionally clean, washer and dryer a plus. Greg, the host was great to work with. Will definitely return!
Great place or a couple or a couple with small kids
We loved the space for my husband and I but we had another couple staying with us and it is a bit awkward as the second bed is not in a enclosed bedroom but rather open to the main living space. We made it work and had a great time and loved the lake and house and dock and decks and town, but just understand it’s not 2 BR.
Highly recommend this place - not only for the place itself but for the location. Gregg is a great host and incredibly helpful! Will certainly return to this place.
We had a wonderful time in a lovely place.
My only quibble - and I already mentioned this to Gregg - is that this isn’t a true *2* bedroom. Yes, there is a “bed” in a “room”, but walls and a door don’t exist. So, you need to be fine with having your space be out in the open between the kitchen and living room.
But what also isn’t mentioned, but definitely should be, are the 2 huge decks. One off the living room/master and one with the grill and a large dining set off the front door. Who needed to be inside when we had that space?! It was also perfect for watching the resident eagle and hawks hanging out in the shoreline trees.
If you’re lucky enough to be there in season, the raspberry bushes and cherry tree are ripe with delicious fruits. We picked plenty to take with us on our activities.
The place was beautifully situated with incredible views of the lake. The apartment itself is huge (the bathroom is the size of a New York City studio - maybe bigger). The manager was friendly and helpful. The only drawback is there is no stove in the kitchen, they offer the option of cooking on a large grill, which some people may enjoy, but no stove meant limited cooking options for us. Other than that, the place was perfect!
Overall our stay was great. The view was spectacular and lake access was great. The private dock was invaluable because we rented a boat. The property manager, Gregg, was very nice and super on point in making sure our stay was pleasurable.
The place is spacious for two people, but it might be cozy for more...it didn't feel like 1400 SQ/ft. We also didn't care much for the parking situation, it's a steep, narrow gravel driveway that leaves you on an incline to carry luggage up. The other thing is the thermostats setting was limited to 72 for A/C, not awesome if the day has been very hot. Luckily a fan was available on request, thanks Gregg! For these reasons we have 4 not 5 stars.
Myself, husband and teenage son stayed at the 'beach suite' for our summer vacation. To sum up our stay in one word, the property was, amazing!!
We researched multiple places to stay before choosing this one and we were beyond happy that we chose this property for our stay.
First, the large - I'm going to call it a house, because it was much more than suite; was immaculately clean, well appointed and the views of the lake from the house were simply amazing!
The pictures on VRBO really can’t do the place enough justice. You will be amazed when you see it for yourself!
Gregg and Marci were both very kind hosts and invited us down for a campfire on the beach the first day we arrived. Although, we were tired from our flights and getting settled in, we thought it was a very nice welcoming upon our arrival.
Inside the house were snacks, so we wouldn’t be hungry when we arrived or need to go grocery shopping right away.
The beach in front of the house was perfect for a dip in the water, do some laps in the lake or just sit on the chairs and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.
I can't say enough about this Amazing property and the hosts, Gregg and Marci.
We will definitely be returning and cannot recommend this property enough. Simply Amazing in every way!
