Questa casa sull'oceano all'estremità meridionale dell'isola di Pawleys dispone di sei camere da letto e cinque bagni. Questa è la prima casa all'estremità meridionale che fronteggia sia l'oceano che il torrente. Il piano inferiore presenta vernici fresche, nuovi mobili per il soggiorno, una cucina aperta e una zona pranzo e numerose viste sull'oceano. Lovely views

The house has wonderful views of both the ocean (very close) and the marsh. Good arrangement of bedrooms. Screened porch and decks very nice. Bathrooms functional but worn/outdated. Refrigerator was very small esp for a house for 14 and with broken shelves. A number of small things in the house—microwave door, broken chair needed attention.

Great Layout!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Hiller Villa! It was the perfect layout for four adult couples and five small children. It is a major perk for each of the downstairs bedrooms to have their own bathroom. My only suggestion would be to keep upgrading each bedroom from a queen to a king. It would be amazing for all couples to have a king. We truly loved it all and will be back!!

Loved the location

This was a great house for families!! The location was good! Plenty of space for our kids and grandkids! Washer and dryer were such a help. The only thing I was disappointed with was I thought the house came with creek access and a dock and it did not. The view online made it seem like it had a dock but the dock online was not for this house. Otherwise this was a great vacation house!!!

Lovely relaxing month at Pawley’s...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to this area and we were guessing exact where we wanted to be situated. This house is at the beginning of the southern end of the island which has the beach to the east and the marsh to the west. It has no marsh access but we didn’t miss it. The space is well laid out with a nice enclosed sun porch and small deck in rear (with seating) for nice days. Plenty of bedrooms for guests if needed and dog-friendly. We enjoyed the ceiling fans, king bed, laundry, convenience to Rte 17 and resources, lack of crowds in February/March, sheltered parking, clean spacious beach and very responsive Tidelife staff. This is an older home and a well-loved family beach house with the typical decor and furnishings. The bathrooms and kitchen are commensurate but quite serviceable. If you are looking for a sleek modern contemporary property this may not be for you, but we were content.

Quintessential Pawleys Island Cottage

Reviewer Comments: Our guests for my son's wedding at the Chapel enjoyed everything about Hiller Villa: oceanfront screened porch & deck, view of the creek from large windows in dining area, huge sectional sofa, plenty of bedrooms & baths (which could use a little updating-esp 's not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Suzanne and staff at TideLife are the best to work with! We would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th year to stay at Hiller Villa and we have enjoyed each year here. Pawleys is a special place for our family and this rental property is perfect for our needs. A very comfortable home, beautiful but not too fancy-in my opinion a beach house should not be so fancy that a person can’t relax- but has all the amenities we are looking for. Thank you for adding more rocking chairs this year. Rocking is an important part of our vacation! We hope to stay here for the indefinite future. The upstairs is great for children and they like having their own space. So do their parents and grandparents!

Beautiful View

We were disappointed that there was no grill and the stove and oven were not in good shape. The stairs outside need work, and many small inside things need work—door knobs, light fixtures, etc. The house and screened-in porch need attention. The view was perfect, but the chairs could have been in better shape.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hiller Villa is a wonderful house. It is large and comfy with plenty of room for the whole family. This house is nothing fancy, but definitely feels like home. We come back year after year. It has a reasonably well stocked kitchen, as well as televisions in every room. Beds are very comfy. You just can't beat the sound and view of the ocean at this house. Tidelife Vacation Rentals is absolutely the best place to work with on any rental. They actually care about their customers and if there is an issue, they are quick to respond and help. We highly recommend Hiller Villa and Tidelife.

Wonderful House! Great Location!

The family room is suited for plenty of people, and the couch is the best! The back screened in porch is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks! The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and have plenty of closet space. Enjoyed all the family pictures and the framed history of the house. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Loved this beach house! Had everything we needed. Enough room to spread out yet gathering spaces for family time. Rental company was very prompt to respond when we asked a question or 2. Had a great time!

Spacious House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a good beach house, older and spacious. We enjoyed the fewer people on the beach as a result of the creek on the back side of the house. When we booked the house, a grill was listed as an amenity, however, there was not one, and we had to purchase one since we love to cook out when our family is together. We were also told we had creek access for fishing and boating but there is no creek access at this house, which was a huge disappointment. The only other negative was that there was pet hair everywhere in the house, although it is listed as a “no pet” rental. Perhaps the owners have pets and had been there previously. But pet hair was in one of the beds and on the floors. Two of our family members are allergic to pet hair. The house just needs to be cleaned more carefully if pet hair is noticed. Our family enjoyed our week very much. We will likely be there next year, if available, if we can be assured of the lack of pet hair. We got over our disappointment of no creek access, although we would love to have a dock.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have chosen Hiller Villa again for our winter stay in Pawleys Island because it feels like home. There is nothing luxurious here, but the location is perfect and the house is roomy, yet cozy. Beds are comfy, as is most everything. Tidelife Vacation Rentals is the best to work with. Whatever it is, whatever you need, they are on top of it. Highly recommend.

Great option for families

Great option for larger extended families. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Upstairs bedrooms aren’t really great for younger children as there are no gates for staircase at the house. Was great for our Thanksgiving family trip.

Such an incredible location and house. Was pleasantly surprised with the size and how much space it felt like we had. Can't beat walking right onto the beach. Would certainly recommend.
