I am a native Austinite, UT grad, Local Aveda Salon Owner, I love my hometown!

Why they chose this property

This property is a dream come true for me. My business, Happy Salon, is in the big yellow house next door. I have owned vaction rentals for many years, this is my favorite!

What makes this property unique

The Happy House location just cannot be beat. You can literally walk to anything fun or interesting you want to do. This neighborhood is sweet and easy to navigate and the house is super cute and well laid out. There is plenty of room and it's very comfortable, I have provided everything I can think of and constantly strive to improve.
