The Surfside Condo is Dog-Friendly for 1 Dog of 50lbs or fewer pounds or two dogs with a combined weight of 50 pounds. An additional $35/night/dog pet fee will be applied for guests with pets. Guests with Pets must sign the Pet Waiver.

Here are a few title on your review:1. Beautifully Remodeled Stay in Siesta KeyFantastic stay

Upon our arrival, we were welcomed into a beautifully remodeled space. This property had been damaged during the devastating October 2024 hurricane. I was beyond impressed with how both this property and Siesta Key have rebounded.First, the location is ideal. It is a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us since we had children along. Communication with the host of the VRBO was prompt, and any concerns were quickly addressed. The amenities were well thought out, and the rooms were beautifully staged.The patio door was difficult to open, but after speaking with the owner, I understand that this issue is being addressed.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.

Great Trip

Everything was great with a couple exceptions, path to the beach is pretty long and there was some dead wildlife in the outdoor storage area. We also had an AC issue when we arrived but it was repaired within 2 hours, so no big deal. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Close To Beach & Downtown

Overall it was a nice place. Short walk to the beach and trolly stop is only a few steps from the driveway. We stayed in the lower level of the building. The guests of the other two upstairs units were super nice.Tenants of the 2nd floor unit could be heard very easily, thankfully our kids are heavy sleepers. Everyone was respectful of the quite time. Our stay was during the rainy season so unfortunately weren't able to make use of the outdoor amenities, but the beach itself was perfect! We put the fragile decorations that were on the tables in a closet during our stay as our 2 and 5 yr old seem to love to touch things that shouldn't be touched and we didn't want the added stress of something being broken.

40th Birthday!

Perfect location! Very Comfortable and had everything you needed:) The only thing I would suggest is they should provide more Toilet Paper. Otherwise we had an AMAZING time!

Florida Vacation

We had six guests that stayed at the place with a one year old. 5 nights. I paid extra to have the pack and play and highchair. The check in day our flight got delayed by 3hrs so we got in much later then expected. part of our group arrived and noticed us that those items wasnt there. I called and informed them and they brought the pack and play and highchair before we even got to the property. The next day we realized the highchair tray didn't match the highchair we had. Anyone who has a 1 yr old the highchair tray is nice so the kid can feed themselves. Had to call again they said they would bring another one. They never showed up had to call again the next day and one was brought. Other then that slight annoyance of having to call 3 different times while trying to enjoy our Vacation to get something corrected we enjoyed the place. Nicely decorated, clean, supplied beach items. Nice private backyard area. Just a small walk to the beach

Excellent Property and Location

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 which included 4 adults and 2 young children. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. We needed to reach out to the property management team and they were very responsive and accommodating. 2 minute walk to the beach, and the trolley stops right outside the front door.

Incredible location. Nice condo

This place is fantastic. I highly recommended if you want to be close to the water. Literally walk out your back door and your a 5 minutes stroll to the ocean. The back patio and yard also has plenty of space for barbecuing and eating outdoors. The place itself is good -- clean, amenities in the kitchen were fairly well stocked. Slightly small for 4 adults, but more than big enough for our family of two adults and two small children. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beach weekend

Perfect lay back weekend. We had beautiful weather. Very helpful agents. They were there and responded to every question. Thank you Anthony and Sean! Only drawback is parking. Very busy street and parking very tight!

Thanksgiving at Siesta Keys

We spent a short Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends at Siesta Key. The location was located directly at the beach which was fabulous. The house was reasonably well equipped and clean. The kitchen equipment and furnitures could be a bit modernized. The deck, BBQ and fire pit were beautiful. Overall we had a fantastic time and we would definitely come back.

Siesta Key Beach House

Three story unit in which we stayed on the 1st floor. It wasn't too noisy, but you could hear people walking upstairs. Very convenient to the beach which is what we were looking for. Siesta Key's beach has a fairly long walk to the water even if you stay directly on the beachside. Very nice once you get there! So this unit is more about location for me. We enjoyed it.

Great location and great response!

Location was great. The beach was beautiful!! We had some small hiccups with the people staying upstairs but it was handled really well. Would definitely return!

Good location

Property is in a good location. Building and some furniture is a bit tired and walking on the second floor is loud but was well stocked with conveniences and was clean. Mgmt co is top notch

Siesta key

We loved the location and glad we could walk every where. The hot water in the kitchen was not good and using the outdoor shower was not something we could do. We loved having the fire pit, grill and patio! Good place to be.

Bachelorette Moms

My friend and I stayed here to be within walking distance of the Bachelorette for my friend’s daughter, which my daughter coordinated, as the Maid of Honor. The house was in a perfect spot, with easy beach access, a short walk to the young ladies and an easy walk to town. The house is bright and clean and has all you need!! It was the perfect place for us to hang with one another, when recovering from time with the ladies. Anthony was also terrific, giving quick responses to any questions.
