All new interior while directly on the sandy beaches of Siesta Key

This property is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath direct Siesta Key Beachfront unit. It has direct access right off the patio into the Siesta Key sand and surf.

It is a fabulous renovated one-story unit with beautiful granite countertops, smooth, cool tile, and very pleasant beachy colors throughout. New stainless steel appliances, cool, central air and ceiling fans are sure to make everyone comfortable. The view from the patio says it all. Sunsets to sunrises and everything in between is sure to be enjoyed to the fullest from the spacious patio.

The Master bedroom has King bed and self enclosed bath with shower. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper pullout in the living room. Sleep on this and watch the waves roll in!
There is room for 4 cars.
We also have other great Siesta Key properties if this one is not available.

It is located about a 3 minute walk to Siesta Key Village which is where all the shops, restaurants and bars are located.
It is 10 miles to SRQ airport, an hour drive to St Pete Airport and an hour and 15min drive to Tampa Airport.
Orlando is 2 hours North, Tampa/St.Pete 1 hour North, Miami 3 Hours south.

Sunny beaches with crystal-white, powdery sand that stretch for miles. Shops from the chic and elegant to the hip and funky, with all sorts of fashion, beach accessories and souvenirs. Restaurants where you can go to grab a quick breakfast or lunch in your flip-flops and sandy toes, or to relax in style over an extraordinary dinner.
Balmy breezes. Dolphins and manatees. Pelicans, egrets, osprey, seagulls and a variety of shorebirds. Walk the beach or stretch out in the sun. Play a game of tennis or volleyball, ride a bike, fly a kite…whatever you want to do. Our tropical climate makes every sort of outdoor activity available and enjoyable nearly year-round.

This property has a stunning view of the beach and ocean. The property is very clean and has all the amenities that are needed. We walked to the village every day, we almost did not need a car. There is a grocery store and many great restaurants in the village. The only thing I would mention is that the king bed is kind of high, about 32". Although a step stool was available, we chose to sleep on the queen bed which was very comfortable. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Incredible stay. This was our second time staying at this property. The property is right on the water and has incredible sunset views. The property is clean, well kept, and has a great layout, with a great back patio to enjoy sunsets! We also love the ease of walking into the village for dinners, cocktails, or shopping.

Paradise on Siesta Key Beach

We were in awe of the views of sunset and the beautiful white sand. Ron was an extraordinary host, very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The location was in walking distance of shops and restaurants in Siesta Key Village. The accommodations were wonderful.

Fantastic Location on the beach and a short walk to town center.

We fell in love with poping out to the patio for morning coffee on the beach and watching the sun set over the beach from the patio. We also took advantage of walking a few blocks to the town center for food and shopping. We love the location of this vacation home.
