100 feet of pristine lake front property with this 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage on Grand Lake. Deck overlooking Grand Lake. Boat house/game room has a ping pong table and sliding door access to small deck overlooking the water. Property includes use of dock for small boats. Local boat rentals are available at renters expense. Fire pit down by the water is available for evening campfires. Wood available while supplies last.
