Golf Cart INCLUDED! Two adult bicycles also included.
Located on quiet and peaceful Oyster Lane - only a couple blocks from the soft sands and pristine Beach.
All 3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and TV, plus Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Linens INCLUDED (sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels).
Ceiling Fans in all Bedrooms.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25 — AND MUST BE PRESENT.
NO pets. NO smoking in the house.
All the amenities: Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Large Screen TV, Fully stocked Kitchen with large Refrigerator, blender, toaster, toaster oven, auto-drip coffee maker, smooth top Range, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Full size Washer and Dryer.
Enjoy a peaceful morning cup of coffee listening to the waves on the large covered Porch, equipped with two ceiling fans (and lights for the evening relaxation).
Show off your grilling skills on the 4-burner propane gas Grill.
And after a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off the sand and sunscreen in the Outdoor Shower with hot & cold water.
Plenty of parking space for up to 3 vehicles, although maximum of 2 vehicles recommended.
Enjoy all the Ocean Lakes community amenities including the fantastic water park, putt putt, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard, etc., and (of course) one-mile of beach front!!

Everything was good. My only complaint would be the matteress in primary bedroom was a bit worn and we kinda fell into a hole. Other than that, it was all good.

Perfect place for our family

The house was just the right size for my family of 4 and father-in-law. The house had everything we needed, and the included golf cart was a huge bonus! Since it’s not restricted to weekly rentals, we took advantage of being able to check-in on a weekday. It was amazing not to have to deal with all the Saturday/Sunday chaos. To top it off, the house is close to the beach and waterpark. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The Perfect Getaway

I would highly recommend staying at this place!!! It’s located in a quiet section with a big porch for morning coffee, which was my favorite. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need not to mention it’s very well maintained and clean . Our family enjoyed our short getaway and most definitely would stay again . The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with .
