Why Julie chose Entriken
Our family purchased acreage on Piney Ridge in 1971 to take advantage of the newly formed Raystown Lake, built a road, cleared the land, roasted many a hotdog over burning brush piles, and finally built the cottage in 1974. It has been the site of many reunions, a wedding, a few honeymoons, anniversary & birthday celebrations, and Thanksgiving dinner has been a tradition here since 1974. The cottage has been well used & well loved. We chose the spot for its proximity to the lake to take advantage of the many activities such as boating, skiing, swimming and fishing. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Julie, you have thought of everything your guests could possibly need to enjoy their stay! This cute house is very clean, tastefully decorated both inside and out, and obviously well-cared for! We hope to return in the future!
Quaint, cozy and beautiful!!
Had a wonderful stay at this location. Not far from local boat launch. If you like to do fishing it is a good location and not too far from lake raystown. We literally only had to bring clothes and food.....EVERYTHING else was provided. Julie responded back promptly about the reservation request. We are so happy and pleased we stayed there!!!
Fantastic as always!
This was our third visit. The place was great as usual! Good location and well maintained! We'll be back again next year!
Idyllic Cabin in the Woods
We snuck away for a quick vacation before the kids headed back to college and couldn’t have asked for a better setting: clean, great location, well-stocked, and easy communications with host. Loved it!
Lovely cabin and very well equipped- lovely place for bird watching too!
Peaceful, Cozy Getaway
First, we would like to thank Julie for renting us her cabin. This has been our third year returning and with out a doubt we will be back again. We love the peaceful setting and cleanliness of the cabin. Everything we need, Julie provides for us, right down to the ingredients for s'mores. We dock our boat at Raystown Resort Marina, which is less then 10 minutes away. We spend a lot of time on the water but it is very convenient to come back to the cabin for a break. We love that the cabin is pet friendly and we can take our fur babies along with us. We had an awesome time and can't wait to return.
