This is a lovely home just a few minutes from Seven Points Marina. We enjoyed our stay as an extended family group.

Nice weekend

Six of us spent the weekend. Very nice place with everything we needed. It is in a nice neighborhood, so not for you if you want a remote cabin in the woods, but centrally located, clean, and roomy.

We had a great time in this house. It was the perfect size for our small group. The location and the amenities were wonderful, and the hosts were easy to work with. The only slight bummer is that the house does not have WiFi or cable, so the indoor entertainment was slightly limited. However, we spent most of our time chilling on the porch, relaxing by the fire pit, or playing foosball and pool.

Raystown Stay

The owners were great communicators. The property has a nice open kitchen. We were able to spend time with our family while cooking meals. It was only few miles from the boat launch. The property was very clean and well taken care of.

Perct house cl9se to thelake

The house was great for us and what we needed 5 minutes to the lake as advertised the no wifi and no cable was kinda of a welcome change as it made 7s connect more we played some games as a family that we haven't played in awhile we loved are time there.

very nice home.very very quiet.many deer each day.Has no tv and no wi fi.But its vacation.Looking forward to renting it again.Great location.Love sitting on the front porch in the evening and chilling out. THANK YOU!!

Memorial Day getaway

The property overall was nice very clean and a very well stocked kitchen. We were a little disappointed with the backyard as it needed some new chairs to give it some new life. Also, we were looking forward to grilling, but were not able to do it as the grill grates were completely rusted out and not able to cook on. Strongly suggest that you replace your grill. Otherwise good.

The back yard does have 4 chairs on the patio as well as a picnic table. Our cleaning gal just recently informed us about the grill. It was replaced with a brand new one this past weekend (6-5-2025) Sorry it did not arrive before your stay.

Pleasant stay

This house has a great location for a long weekend of boating on the lake. It had everything we needed, except linens, which is clearly stated in the house description so not a big deal. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and the lack of wifi was fine by us—great to unplug! There was a tv to play DVDs, may have been nice to have a small collection of family friendly movies, or a couple board games, in case of rain, which we had one evening of our stay. Only other minor issue was the yard was not maintained so we didn’t make use of the fire pit and had to walk our small dog along the road away from the high grass in the yard. Overall a pleasant stay, convenient to the marina and BBQ, and we would stay again if we return to the area. Thanks Jodi and Clinton!

Nice spot for our short stay

Plenty of space for everyone who came, 2 couples and 4 others. Decent outdoor space for a fire, but not much yard space to do much else like throw ball/play games. Some items like the grill and ping pong table were not in the best shape, but still were OK to use. Biggest downside was having the ping pong table in the basement away from everything else, and the basement is unfinished and musty. Didn't spend time down there. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Would consider going back again, especially if the basement and grilling area get some TLC.

wonderful!!

rental property had everything we needed and a little extra. we enjoyed the ping pong table and shooting a game of pool. sitting out at the fire was peaceful. we saw several deer daily. communication w the owners was easy and they were very accommodating.

Can see daylight under the back door which may be the source of the ant issue in the home.

Large ants were in the kitchen and living room and in several cabinet. There was no ant spray at the property. Should invest in monthly extermination and fixing gap in back door may solve this problem. This is a very lovely home with GREAT location to the lake. Was perfect for our family. Had the ants not been so bad, I would have given this home all 5’s.
