Amazing outdoor space/decks front and back, gas grill and griddle, campfire wood provided. (No Pets, No Exceptions!) Parking Area Security Cam - Additional per night fee over six (6). (This provides a lower rate for smaller groups. Please be upfront about the number of guests as it is automatically built into the rate offer)
**June - 5 night minimum, July and August - 7 night minimum. Saturday check-in Check-Out. ** Base Rate is for 6, additional per night fee for over 6 guests.

Have stayed here several times for mountain bike trips for the Allegrippis Trails basically across the street. Full kitchen, laundry, comfortable rooms, great outdoor deck.

It was great as always! We added some additional pot holders and serving spoons to your kitchen collection. We do a lot of cooking while we are there and those were things we needed some additional of . Can’t wait to come in the spring. Making a reservation soon!

The house is in a beautiful area at the lake. David was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The house is well stocked and comes with anything you might need during your stay. My family and friends enjoyed the home, and we would stay there again. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Raystown Lake area.

We arrived early so we met the owners as they were leaving. Easy check in. A peaceful, comfortable home in the woods, close to Seven Points marina.Very clean, with a well stocked kitchen and great deck with grill and griddle. We ate outside all week.

Perfect place

Needed right space for small entourage on grad weekend - truly home away from home, as if we’d appointed it ourselves! Beautiful backdrop with extraordinary back deck. Comfy bedrooms, lovely everything, and wonderful host. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This house is in a wonderful location, it's only a 5 minute drive to the lake. The location is peaceful and without interruption. The host was accommodating, kind, and helpful to anything you may need if you are new to the area, he's very knowledgeable. The house is so well stocked and beautifully put together and it comes with anything you may need during your stay. This is a 10/10 stay, and I would recommend this location and the host to anyone and everyone.

Home Away from Home

This is our third time staying at this home. Our family loves staying here. The house is immaculate and well-stocked in the kitchen,and the beds are comfortable. The owner communicates and is very helpful and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and surrounded by nature. We will be returning in the future.

This host has thought of EVERYTHING! Dave is so attentive to details & the hospitality is top notch. The house is set deep in the woods. You have a beautiful furnished porch for sitting to enjoy the nature or sit with your guest. We didn’t get to use the fire pit, maybe next time. The back has a beautiful deck for dining and a patio sitting area overlooking the added sitting area and grilling area. Fully stocked grill & Blackstone, with refrigerator & all the tools needed. The house was meticulously clean, organized & for me it’s was perfectly decorated for the season. I love to cook - the kitchen was fully stocked! You don’t need to bring anything. They thought of everything. Coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar - fully stockedLaundry room - fully accessible & comes with detergents if needed. There is a beautiful 2nd living downstairs with game room attached - closet full of all the games you can think of. My family had an amazing time being hunkered down that winter week. I can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the trails & the lake. Thank you Dave for allowing us to use your home to celebrate this precious moment in our family’s life.

Great getaway close to trails

The house was perfect for a weekend mountain biking trip. Our group of 5 had plenty of room and the house included many amenities like a coffee bar, electric fireplace, and great deck with grill and griddle. Dave was very attentive and just a text away. I’d absolutely recommend this house to anyone.

It is in very close proximity to 7 Points Marina and almost across the street from the Allegrippis Trail Head near Susquehannock Campground. 99+ 5 Star recommendations, as everyone has loved the features and space this rental has to offer.
