About this property

Great spacious home in a quiet private neighborhood.

Two story home. Master bed and bathroom is upstairs. Three other bedrooms are on the other side of the house upstairs. Two bedrooms downstairs. Lot’s of room and space. There is a fabulous private park within 200 feet of the house. 4 car Gargage. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Grocery store and Recreation Center for the family are with in 1-2 minute drive or you can walk 5-10 min away. There is a city park with an ice skating rink less than .5 away. We added two awesome additions to the home that will have your kids in heaven. A play room off of the walk in closet that is above the garage and a play room above on of the other bedrooms in the attic. We have added a reading light switch on each side of the master bedroom and can lights in the office.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful, relaxing, perfect location

From the moment I rented this home, communication with the owner was superb. Location, setting , atmosphere was beautiful. Beautiful master, comfortable additional room and overall an awesome stay. After each class, and our duck hunt, the home offered a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and feel at home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and the owner was beyond accommodating, kind and helpful. Thank you Austin for making my trip the best. I’ll reach out to ya in the future for all my Utah visits in the future.
