The beautiful apartment welcoming you has been fully renovated, boasting brightness that you'll appreciate. It can accommodate up to 8 people and features a spacious living area with a seating corner and a dining space, an open American kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small balcony for soaking in the southern French sun.

The apartment:
The 100 sqm accommodation, situated on the 1st floor of the building, is structured as follows:

Daytime area:

Air-conditioned living room with two sofas, one of which is a convertible (1 sleeping space), an armchair, a flat-screen TV (cable), a coffee table, an electric fireplace, and a dining area.
Semi-open kitchen separated from the living room by a bar, fully equipped with a microwave oven, stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and cutlery.
Nighttime area:

Bedroom 1: One double bed.
Bedroom 2: One double bed and a television.
Bedroom 3: One double bed and storage space.
Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (2 sleeping spaces) and a pull-out bed.
Bathroom with a shower, a sink, a heated towel rack, and a hairdryer.
Separate toilet.
Outdoor space:

A small south-facing balcony accessible from the kitchen, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
Other amenities:

The apartment is on the 1st floor and accessible by an elevator.
A garage is available for one car (10€/day).
Free Wi-Fi and high-speed internet.
You will have all the necessary comforts for a great stay: bed linens and towels are included.
End-of-stay cleaning involves preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
The neighborhood of Nice La Madeleine provides easy access to the center of Nice and all the activities the city offers. Numerous shops and supermarkets are nearby (Super U, Aldi, Picard), as well as specialty food stores like cheese shops, butchers, caterers, bakeries, and pastry shops.
