We loved our stay in Nice. The apartment was phenomenal....so cute and comfy. It was everything we could possibly ask for. The view was amazing and the host too. There was a great little Gluten Free pizza place in town called GiGi's that we went to almost every day as GF options were limited in the area (3 of the 4 of us are gf/ 2 have celiac). The pizza, pasta, carpaccio, sea bass, and gf burger were delicious.. We took a 1 hr boat tour from the Mariana at 11 and a night quad tour of the city at 9 pm (Both through get my guide). This was on our 3rd/last full day, and both were so much fun. We took the train to Cannes on day 2 and enjoyed the beach, shopping and gluten free crepes. On day 1 we checked out old town and the rocky beach (this was all local within 1-1.5 miles). It was a holiday, so several places were closed, but did get to see a really cool military fly over. We were not a huge fan of the pebble beach (getting in and out was awful), but it was pretty. We will definitely go back to Nice and gladly stay here again. So peaceful and beautiful. Thank you.

The apartment was fantastic. Great location to old Nice without being too close to the nightlife. Good bus and Taxi service into and out of Nice.Would love to stay here again and recommend the Yves, Pierre and the apartment to all my friends.

What a wonderful stay in Nice! This apartment was just what our family of 4 needed to both relax and to explore the area. To relax, there is a wonderful balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean and rooftops as well as a pool to cool off. To explore, it's about a 20-30 minute walk into Vieux Nice or there is a bus stop just outside that will take you directly into town in one direction and to Monaco in the other. We chose to walk a lot but it is quite hilly in the area. We also opted to take a boat cruise given our proximity to the harbour. The apartment itself is spacious and shows as advertised. The kitchen is well-equipped. The shower has a particularly nice rain shower. There are two grocery stores that are about a 15 minute walk away (one in each direction) and we made meals at home with ease. The host was responsive to all inquiries and met us on time at check in. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who appreciates stunning views and doesn't mind being outside of the action.

What an incredible property. The view. The luxury. The amenities. All amazing. On a very confident buss line or if you are renting an auto, with a garage parking space. Bus to Monaco stops out front. Check in with great and owner’s rep Pierre was very helpful. Even able to store out bags with the housekeeper for a few hours after checkout.

Amazing place and location

WOW, we enjoyed or stay completely. This appartment has all the amenities and then some. Everything has been modernized and eazy to use. The view was amazing, we spent a lot of time cooking and and enjoying it. My kids loved the pool. The location was great. It is away from Old Town which was perfect. We walked everywhere and sometimes twice in the same day, haha. We cannot say enough about our stay, thank you

Absolutely beautiful balcony and view.Wonderful place to spend many relaxing hours.We only had rain for around 45 mins, one afternoon. It was a stunning storm and fabulous to watch from the sheltered balcony.The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The host was great for communication and all went smoothly.I would say that the arrangement of the shower (open to the inner hallway and bedrooms) and wash basin was fine for us, but would not offer privacy for two couples. The oven was a bit challenging. We found the manual after a couple of days, which helped. It was still a bit picky though. If you open the door, it doesn’t maintain the temperature setting and switches off.I’ve used ovens in many properties and haven’t had this issue before.It was a small thing though and I’m sure the manager would have helped if we’d asked.Overall, we had a fabulous week at the property.Easy to get to the port and the city and buses ran passed the building. There’s also a very useful Carrefour within walking distance.We would happily return to this property.

L’appartement est spacieux avec un aménagement moderne, très bien équipé, vue magnifique sur Nice, assez proche du vieux centre. Un peu bruyant et, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans la description, le lave linge n’est pas dans l’appartement, il est à usage commun au sous sol ET il est payant (4€).

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Nähe der Altstadt

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer hervorragenden Ausstattung. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien vorhanden, die benötigt werden, fast wie zu Haus. Vom Balkon ein toller Blick über die Stadt hin zum Hafen. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen oder mit dem Bus, da die Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus ist. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!!! J. Braun

Beautiful property in a great location

Yves was very courteous and showed us around the property after we arrived by car. The unit itself is very clean and has all the amenities you will need. One slight caveat though is that the clothes washing machine is not in the unit and must be accessed by taking the elevator to the bottom floor. The view is beautiful particularly at night just after the sun sets behind the mountains.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einem typischen Wohnblock ca. 20 min Fußweg von der Altstadt entfernt. Aussicht und Ausstattung sind super, allein die theoretisch sehr gute Busverbindung fiel praktisch zeitweise aus. In der Wohnung kann man sich aber sehr wohlfühlen.
