Amazing Stay

This property has plenty of space and house layout is perfect. Plenty of parking as we had a couple of side by sides, trailers and vehicles and did not run out of parking spaces. House was amazing and the views of the Gulf were perfect for early morning or late evening coffee.

We love the elevator in our rental because we need that accommodation. Beds are great, and now Cobb provides good sheets and towels as part of the rental fees. This is definitely our happy place!

Big C Retreat Treat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summer 2022 was our third year at Big C! We will continue staying at Big C, as long as they have us!! We get all the little cousins together aging from 10-2 years old, everyone has a place to sleep and plenty of parking for our boat, side by side, golf cart, trucks, trailers and cars! The elevator makes it easy to load all our 10 days stay worth of groceries and bags! The Cobb team even mailed home my diamond earrings that I left in the bathroom drawer! This year we even took our boat from Bolivar Boat slip to Katie’s in Galveston, avoiding the ferry was a great way to have an outing without the wait! All the cousins look forward to our annual beach trip, we leave sun kissed and on a sugar high from all the stops at the ice cream truck! Can’t wait in next year!

The house has four bedrooms for adults. This is quite a find because most houses have a room equipped for a child. Don't get me wrong there are plenty of room for children. It has a high chair and safety gates. This house is ideal for couples with young babies too. Two of the bedrooms have private secured screened in porches with comfortable seating. There is more than enough comfy furniture for all. And all the cooking utensils you will need to cook great meals. It is a good walk to the beach so you will want to rent a golf cart esp if you have small children. This is our 3rd year to rent this wonderful home.

The Big C Stands for COMFORT

This home offered our group a comfortable, peaceful stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware needed to prepare food for 9. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The view and space on the front deck was relaxing and surpassed our expectations!!!

Spring Break SPECTULAR

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to dine in. Spacious living room and clean bedrooms / bathrooms.
