This Shipwatch condo is located on the oceanside of the beach so all you have to do is put on your flip-flops and walk out of the door to hit the sand! The condo does not have an ocean view or balcony, however the building is located on the ocean side of the resort and in a prime location to have an enjoyable experience. The condo is a one bedroom one bath listing and has a Queen bed and a Sleeper Sofa. Relax and enjoy the beach in this key location!

Beautiful Area

While the property doesn't have an ocean view, the beach is easily accessible. A few minor repairs should be made, but the condo is fairly comfortable.

Great Location

Pros-Location is great. Well stocked kitchen - had everything we needed. Was very clean. Cons-Won’t get parking if you get back late. Bed moved around and headboard was not very secure.Overall great stay and would return. Always love Amelia Island!

Nice location

Condo was nice and clean inside. Very close to the beach. Very close to nice off-road bicycle trails. Had issues with the toilet. It flushed completely about 50% of the time. When we called about the toilet the property manager sent out a plumber quickly on a Sunday night There is green mold on the window screens that makes it difficult to see through. Parking was difficult if you get back to the condo after 7:00pm.

Condo was fine for what we needed. Our daughter and son-in-law stayed there as we had an overflow in our condo. Both are attorneys and they had to work during the week. Internet service was good.

April VIsit

The place was clean. Location was great. Landscaping was beautiful and the building was conveniently located for bike riding. The Amelia Bike Trail is only 4 tenths of a mile from the condo. I was able to park close to the building, which had an elevator. On the minus side: (1) several light fixtures were missing (2) Cable service was minimal - pretty much limited to local stations. No access even to Fox News or CNN (3) some knobs were missing from the washing machine. I was able to move some knobs from one location on the machine to another so I was able to use the washing machnine. I would stay here again.

Summer Break

The place was amazing and had a great just lots of stairs leading out to beach to carry a cooler and beach buggy. Parking spaces are hard to obtain and construction going on in room above us but otherwise very nice relaxing time
