Multilevel home with pool and jacuzzi on second floor. One of four homes but only one on the street grandfathered in on John Pennekamp state park. Carport below, first bedroom on ground level with daybed, on upper/main level open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, 5 burner gas stove, double oven, huge island, pool table and living room. With fireplace. Split plan with the master, has king bed and en-suite bathroom with direct ocean views and amazing sunrise views. Two guest rooms both with queen beds and porches off both. Second full bath in between. All rooms have flat screen TVs. Three miles from Ocean Reef club to the north and main entrance to John Pennekamp 9 miles south.

Family friendly and privacy

A private oasis. The wire mesh around the outside 2nd floor and pool ensured that we could take full advantage of the swimming pool and the outdoor grill. Sarah & Felix stayed in communication during the visit to ensure we were comfortable. It was easy to get to all the restaurants and grocery stores on Key Largo. We used 905 & Card Sound Road (toll) to pick up family at the airports (Miami/Ft. Lauderdale) that reduced travel time by 45 minutes. The house is a perfect base for your adventures in the Keys.

Key Largo Jackpot!

This newly renovated house has everything with large heated pool, jacuzzi and all the luxurious amenities. So peaceful situated in a bird sanctuary, waking up to birds singing a million different songs definitely created the ideal soundtrack for this dreamy vacation! Close to everything, just a short drive to beaches, restaurants and everything the beautiful Florida Keys has to offer. Hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Book it, you won’t be disappointed.

We are Miami residents who enjoy have enjoyed the keys on the weekends with our children. This is our second home, our first was in Ocean Reef where we are still members. We love traveling and of course diving and fishing.

Why they chose this property

We love the remoteness and privacy of the location. However, we can be at Ocean Reef in 5 minutes and main Key Largo In 10.

What makes this property unique

This home is one of 4 and the only on the street that is now part of the state park. There’s hikes and bike paths close by. You can walk to the ocean from the back of the property. The surrounding areas are protected and are a bird watchers paradise. Lounge on the patio, in the heated pool or soak in the jacuzzi and enjoy the breathtaking view.
