First. The views are amazing- they are the best thing about this property. The building and grounds are adequately kept. And the pool area although small is nice and clean. The unit itself is in need of updating - The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable Both bathrooms are very small but workable Kitchen adequately equipped Living room furniture needs replaced- not inviting at all Paint peeling off the ceiling and walls. Bifold doors to washer dryer will soon fall off Other unit noise is very noticeable The location and views are the best part of this unit. For the price it is ok- but nothing luxurious about the accommodations. VRBO has at 8.8 stars. To me it’s more like 5/10

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place. Enjoyed our stay. Only tiny issue was nowhere is it listed you need a code to get out to the beach from the tower. Didn't see it anywhere. We were stuck going around the outside of the building to "sneak" into the pool area thru the shrubs to get out. I tried calling the agency number, but it was after 6pm and no one was there. The after-hours folks gave us a wrong code. Anyway, it's not listed in the condo, or anywhere I had your info. Should be listed alongside the condo door info. Otherwise, great stay.

The Condo that broke the camels back

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beachcrest multiple times since 2019. Overall we would say that our experiences were decent... there are typically hiccups but they are usually addressed promptly. However, this trip to Beachcrest was the one that made us say we won't again. This condo was in terrible condition and very unclean. It is clear that Benchmark is not maintaining this property..and it wasn't even in the busy season. We spent 1.5 days cleaning and sent a list of over 20 items to BM to address - which they never did. Outside of the condo, the overall condition is poor. The pool and walkway are full of sand at all times. Beware booking a trip here.

GREAT GIRLS VACAY

iT WAS CLEAN the office was responsive.. Loved the balcony. Overall this was a fine location (just far enough from the busy, but close enough to not worry about "going to town" Loved the Private Beach... and also has a lovely pool area.

Beautiful but crowded

The unit was wonderful. The management group for the condo were communicative and available. The beach was beautiful and the water crystal clear. I don’t like large crowds. We went in September and the traffic was bad and the beach was crowded. I was told this was the off season and there were still so many people. Everything about the unit was great. I just don’t like crowds. Would recommend if you don’t mind crowds.

Would have been nice to have that in the condo with the WiFi info or easily seen in the emails I out the code to get into the condo. We helped another couple by telling them the code as well.

Another great stay

This was our second time at this property in the month of May. We love that the management company offers an option to pay extra for early and/or late check in/out. We saw dolphins almost every morning while sitting on the balcony! We wish the balcony had upgraded furniture, but truly no complaints about this property!

Clean & cute.

Management awesome with a couple things we needed fixed even on a Sunday. Beach so beautiful & beach guy for our chairs was great! Easy parking. Whole condo was clean even lobby & pool areas easy access to pool & beach. The stairs were very steep to beach - only negative we found. Will go again!

The view is gorgeous, the condo is decorated nicely, very clean, and has everything you need. There are 'starters' of kitchen and bathroom essentials that were very appreciated. Great restaurants nearby so it is possible to walk almost anywhere.
