This property is so close to the beach and has everything you need to enjoy it! While the building is dated, the unit has been updated. Everything in the kitchen worked great and the beds were comfy. The balcony and ocean view are lovely. We enjoyed the proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. A great place to stay while visiting the Space Coast.

The property was a little dated, but well kept overall. The view of the ocean was amazing. Also, the pool was closed while we were there, so that was a bummer. Overall a great deal for the condo and a very good vacation.

This condo was good for our short holiday weekend. It is definitely an older condo, but for the age it is well cared for. The host answered her phone immediately when we could not get the door code to work on arrival. It was a simple fix that only took minutes. This is a third floor unit with stairs. No elevator service available. The view was spectacular! Beach front with easy access, so this was a plus as well!

Great location and host!

The location of the condo was perfect and it had all of the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The Publix and some great restaurants are within walking distance, which is so nice. Allen was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions prior to, during and after the stay. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the Cocoa Beach area.
