Great spot, super clean, great extra beach amenities (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, everything you need). Communicative host. Great spot next to Lori Wilson Park.

Very clean. Surprised with little touches they provided (shampoo, soap, TP). Beach access is great. Pool was wonderful. Highly recommend the drive down to Joanne’s Beach side cafe too!!

This place was super nice and was stocked with everything we needed for a beach vacation. Reclining couches provided comfortable seating for all 4 of us, while the beds were comfortable for sleeping as well. Lots of extras in this place such as fans, extra blankets, beach items, and all the dishes and kitchen supplies we needed. We normally book ocean view, but this side ocean view provided plenty of visibility to the ocean while offering a little shielding from the Florida sun when needed. Keith was a great communicator and checked on us during our trip though we didn’t need anything at all. We have come to cocoa beach for over 20 years and will definitely check to stay in this condo again next time!

Overall the condo was in excellent condition. You can tell the owner cares and makes sure everything is clean, in working condition etc. The reason I won’t stay here again is the “side view”. Yeah. You can only see the ocean from one chair on the balcony. The overall complex? Felt weird. Pool in the middle of the parking lot. No lobby. It just didn’t give the beach front vacay vibes.

Thank you Joanne for taking your time to do this review. I'm pleased that you found the condo clean and in excellent condition. Yes this condo is a side ocean view as it is stated in bold letters on the top of the VRBO listing and two more times on the condo rental lease that you signed and initialed that it was a side ocean view unit. I do have direct ocean front condos available but not at the rate you paid of $165.00 per night for a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1265 sq ft condo right on the ocean. You are correct, we do not have a lobby as this is a condo complex not a hotel. The developer of the Sandcastles condo's did put the pool and the hot tub between the two buildings to help keep the winds down from the ocean but not in the middle of the parking lot. I do my very best to give all my guest honest information about the condo and honest pictures on the condo and the view you will have. Best regards, Keith

Access to the building and room were easy. Very inviting home and clean. The beach equipment was great and in amazing condition-has four high end beach chairs, two large umbrellas, kid sand toys, toys for older kids and adults, beach bags, and coolers. Honestly had everything we needed. Great stay and plan on staying again when we go back down!

Great Beach Vacation Stay

The property was great and the unit was spacious and all the comforts of home was available to us. We have rented dozens of VRBO’s and this one is our favorite to date.

Wonderful place

We stayed only a short stay prior to boarding cruise and this location was perfect! Cleanliness was perfect! Owner checked in with us to make sure we arrived ok and that was great! Perfect host and beautiful condo!
