Relax, You're on Lake Time! Private Dock/Deep Water Cove

Relax, You're On Lake Time. Our Lake House is the perfect setting for a quick get-away or a week-long vacation with family and friends. Located on the 3.5 mile marker in a deep water cove off of popular Horseshoe Bend, we offer a 3BR/2BA lake front home that will create for a lot of outdoor fun and memories to last a lifetime.
This lake house is perfectly located with a view of the main channel while you fish, float, relax and swim off your own private dock in a quiet cove setting. The dock's boat slip is 28'x10' and there is a PWC slip available for your use. A nearby marina is available for launching your boat/PWC.
Our recently updated home sleeps 6 in beds and up to 8 using the pull-out couch in the main living area. It is tastefully decorated and features a fully equipped/stocked (basic essentials) kitchen with stainless appliances, new cabinets and granite countertops. A washer/dryer and 2nd refrigerator are located in the Utility room. Our home features flat screen TV’s, WI-FI and much more. All bath towels, kitchen towels, some beach towels, and bed linens are included. An Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and laundry soaps are also provided for your convenience. Most everything you expect and need is available for your use. If you have questions or need further details, we are happy to provide and will find a way to accommodate special needs/requests.
To ensure you have everything you need to enjoy lake life, our house comes equipped with a large deck, a gas grill to BBQ your favorite lunch/dinners, and outdoor seating to eat and relax on the deck and dock. Floatation devices and noodles for your water entertainment are provided.
This house is ideally located near golfing, shopping and dining at some of the most highly rated restaurants at the Lake of the Ozarks such as Baxter’s Lakeside Grill, Bentley’s Restaurant and Pub, JB Hook’s, Shawnee Bluff Winery, not to mention The Strip at Bagnell Dam, the Heart of the Lake of the Ozarks.
Our family has been coming to the Lake of the Ozarks for over 65+ years and have owned lake front property for 30+ years. We have created a lifetime of memories throughout our years here at The Lake of the Ozarks and we hope that our Lake Home can create similar memories for you and your family/friends.

This was our second stay here and we will choose this place for future trips. The location is great, the home is very clean and there the dock is a perfect place to spend the day on. Highly recommended.

Had a great time. House was clean and the dock was fantastic. Our kids had a blast swimming and going down the slide. Location is close to anything you want to do around town.Driveway is very steep which is to be expected around the lake and especially at a property that has lake access. We didn't have any issues in our full size truck but might have if there had been other cars parked down below in the parking area.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this house! The water is a little choppy on Saturday, but the concrete dock was great at handling it! The owners were very responsive to our questions. The setup is perfect for a small group wanting a relaxing time at the lake!

Ozarks Trip

A small group of us stayed here for the shootout week. It was our first time on the lake and we were very happy with our stay! The hosts responded to any questions we had and accommodated our requests. It was a great location, close to many restaurants and stores both on water and land. Dock was exactly what we were looking for, kept our seadoos out of harms way. The cottage was very clean and had some nice updates, kept us cool during the 100+ degree days, not typical for us Canadians! Hope to be back again next year!

Perfect weekend getaway

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The house was clean and had amazing views of the lake. It came with everything we needed for a great weekend! Location was close to restaurants, bars, boat rental etc which was a bonus.

Nice House on the Lake

We enjoyed our stay! The large deck and dock make this an ideal rental. The home was clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked. Close to everything you may want or need. The one inconvenience was lack of parking for a boat trailer. We plan to return!

Enjoyed the lake house. Nice location to restaurants and other attractions in the lake. Boat slip was very nice for us, we have a 21 ft bass boat that easily fit in slip.. Would recommend PDQ Marina to launch boat and park trailer - just 3-4 miles away.

Birthday celebration

We visited the Ozarks for the first time to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The property was perfect for us! Everyone had their own space upstairs and there was plenty of room to gather all together on the main floor. We spent mornings on the deck for coffee and closed out every evening with hours on the dock. Property had everything we needed and was a perfect distance to all the action to give our get away the perfect balance. Owners were friendly and quickly attended to our questions. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place.

Good house with great lake access!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property overall. The place was clean and matched the listing. We really enjoyed the great dock and flotation items that came with the property, they allowed us hours of relaxation. The deck and grill were great too. There are lots of steps in and out so if you struggle with those be aware and no railing on steps down to dock. Also, the shower heads are low so taller people have to bend down to access. Again, overall good rental!!

Great Location on the Lake

Property owners were great to work with. House is located in a great cove and easy to get to location. The property was clean and was a great fit for our family of 6. Our only recommendation is to add some relaxing dock furniture to elevate the dock to the next level! Overall we had a great time and would recommend to friends!

Amazing House in Great Location

We had an amazing week at Kim's house in the Ozarks. The location was absolutely perfect for us and there was all sorts of helpful information about the area left at the house. The kitchen had every utensil, bowl, cutting board, pan, etc. that you would need to cook your own meals which is not always the case in a rental. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The AC works great and that was very important to us since it was over 100 degrees every day of our stay. The best part...is the private dock which we swam and fished off of every single day. It was so great and we hope to be back next year.

Great for a Getaway

My fiancé and I enjoyed staying here so much. The first night was raining so we prepared ourselves by getting a bit of groceries to grill. Everything is very close & at least 20 minutes away. We had a great relaxing time and didn’t have to worry bout anything. It was so quiet and peaceful.

Great On The Lake Home

What a wonderful home Kim has and we were more than pleased with the set up, layout and location. Two large bedrooms face the lake with a slider door and balcony (great place to hand with some coffee!) the third bedroom, although facing the street, has two beds so great for larger parties. The street this home is on is essentially a dead-end and this property is super quiet at night...sleeping with the windows open is must and no man-made noise to speak of. Full kitchen, washer /dryer, family room has a large TV with lots of free stuff and the Wifi was strong no matter where u were in the home. I do wish the fireplace was allowed to be used but if that is the only “complaint” that’s pretty good. The dock is covered and we used it for our boat (23’ R2 Cobolt) and the large dock also had a picnic table to hang out on plus a jet ski ramp. Very nice set up. The process to rent, clean up and leave was super easy and relaxed as we never had a worry or any issues at all. We felt that the price was attractive for the service delivered and we’d rent from Kim again for sure.
