Dear Mr. Jackson, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you felt like we didn't provide you with good service. We are very careful to make sure that our properties are 100% ready for our guests to check in. We don't allow for guests to clean properties for a lot of different reasons and I'd be happy to go over those with you if you'd like to call the office to discuss. Our check in time is at 5 pm to ensure that our properties are perfect for your week long (or days long) stay. A couple of hours makes a world of difference when talking about cleaning and inspecting for a weeks long stay. The rental agreement does state that check in is at 5 pm so you were notified ahead of time and signed the rental agreement agreeing to that. We also sent you an email with the information about the items we supply and sent suggestions about what to bring. We work very hard to ensure that our properties and our service are top notch and we're sorry to hear that you did not feel like we provided that to you. This review is sent out for guests to review the rental house itself so we're happy to hear that you enjoyed the home. It is a fantastic house and we are very proud to have it on our rental program. We wish you all the best of luck in your future stays.
