Hermosa casa sentada en cala con vistas al canal principal. 7 habitaciones (4 con vista al lago) 5 baños completos y medio baño. Inicio se encuentra en 130 pies de la orilla del lago. El muelle está disponible para usar con un deslizamiento de barco de 14x40 y 2 remontes. Mucho espacio para relajarse en la plataforma de baño. Amplia cocina y comedor con acceso al exterior proyectado en sala de 3 estaciones (parrilla de gas incorporada). La cocina está bien equipada para servir comidas familiares grandes. Mucho espacio de encimera y espacio de gabinete. El nivel inferior de la casa tiene una gran sala de juegos con mesa de billar, mesa de juego de cartas / juegos y juegos de arcade. Esta habitación cuenta con chimenea y bar con asientos de taburete. Gran lugar de reunión para la diversión nocturna. La habitación tiene puertas que dan a una gran terraza amplia con vistas a la cala y al canal principal. La bañera de hidromasaje se encuentra en un porche cubierto para disfrutar independientemente de las condiciones climáticas. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con televisores. Family Reunion

19 family members from 6 to 76 years old, from 5 states. Kitchen big enough to accommodate all our meals with plenty of seating for all in dining room and kitchen. Used the pizza oven and Envo grill. Lived at the pool and dock! Plenty of room to gather together or in small groups. Absolutely no issues!

Family reunion

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfortable and well taken care of. The beds are comfortable, kitchen has every tool and appliance you could want. A regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Great views of the lake. We had a very good time and enjoyed this wonderful home.

Bi-annual Family Trip

This home fit the bill for what we needed to entertain 17 adults and 2 children. The pool was a hit. We spent lots of time and fun playing games and soaking up the sun. The placement of the home was wonderful on the lake and easy access to different restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, etc. We rented a pontoon at Pointe Oasis and it was very close by. That was convenient! The owners were very attentive and made sure we had all the information on the house. When we had a problem, they answered quickly. Having a pool table with a bar downstairs and the number of bedrooms worked well for our families. Loved the EVO grill to cook meats and wood oven to cook pizza! A minor addition would be another refrigerator. The pantry next to the kitchen was handy. It was a great vacation for us all! Thank you to the owners.

Roy’s place had everything needed for our guys golf trip and stay at the Ozarks. The outdoor poor and kitchen set up were thoughtfully crafted and wonderful additions. Highly recommend!

Easy access oasis

As the review title suggests, this spectacular home is easy to access...but in more ways than one... First, the management team was quick to answer questions about anything. Second, the home is very easy to access via a beautiful drive over the toll bridge. Third, there's plenty of parking. We had 5 medium size cars in the driveway. Fourth, access to the lake is through the front door, down a set of stairs, out onto the lower floor veranda, down another set of stairs onto the pool deck and then down another set of stairs...okay, this isn't super easy, but it's worth the effort. We found everything to be in order and complete from bathrooms to each of the bedrooms to all three kitchens...and the house comes with a complete and concise set of instructions so you can operate all of the systems. We HIGHLY suggest you get the ingredients to make pizzas and use the pizza oven...it's great fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel certain that you and your family and friends will enjoy a similar experience.

Fabulous Retirement Vacation!

This home is gorgeous! It’s very well-maintained and well-positioned on the lake so that you have a quiet cove to the right (along with a wooded lot for maximum privacy) and a main channel view to the left. It just so happened that a boat show was going on while we were there, so we were able to see lots of "cigar boats" running the channel as we lounged in the pool. Awesome! The dock rocks when there’s a lot of activity on the channel, so we didn't sit on the dock, but we put kayaks in every day and spent hours exploring our cove and nearby coves. The outdoor area could not be more perfect! You have sun on the pool until about 4:30PM and then the entire backside of the home is shaded, which was a welcome relief after being in the sun all day. We spent hours and hours in the pool overlooking the lake. It was fantastic! We didn't use the EVO grill or the pizza oven, but the large grill located on the screened-in-porch right off the fully stocked kitchen got a workout! That porch was one of my favorite spots in the morning while having my coffee and watching the sun rise. I also found my son and his wife there nearly every day enjoying a private lunch in the cool shade. My daughter and her husband made sure we had s’mores every night by the fire – truly bringing me back to my childhood! My family (9 adults) thought the layout of the home was ideal. Plenty of space to come together (pool tournament / movie night) or sneak away for some quiet time (lost my cousin one night and found out later he was enjoying the hot tub! LOL). I am a neat freak, so I liked how clean the home and outdoor areas were. Selina is also TERRIFIC with communication. We spoke on the phone prior to our trip, and she responded within minutes to any subsequent texts. We enjoyed the wildlife, too …deer eating in the yard, huge fish jumping near the dock, and a little squirrel who seemed to like us …it was an idyllic retirement vacation! I can’t say enough about this fabulous home! I did not leave the house once …it’s just too nice!!

Family vacay celebration of retirement

House was beautiful, spacious inside and out. Beautifully decorated. Especially enjoyed the pool, pool table, fishing off the dock, swimming in the lake, homemade pizza in the outdoor pizza oven, hot tub, and all of the outdoor seating areas and fireplace. Plenty of kitchen utensils, fans, baby items, so many amenities to enhance our stay. Owners were super nice and got back with us immediately when we had questions . Would love to stay again in the future.

Great times in Sunrise Beach!

Thanks to Roy and Selina - the house was amazing. Plenty of room for our extended family's visit. The location was great, and loved the opportunity to utilize the boat and waverunner slips for our rentals for the week. The best thing was the quick responses from both Roy and Selina. We had ALOT of questions prior and during our stay, and they always responded. The only disappointment after renting the house was learning that a pool was going in later this year! That will be such a great addition to this house. Rave reviews from the whole family! Just one recommendation was providing an inventory list for kitchen. The rest of the description of the property was spot on. Great times in Sunrise Beach! Hope to come back again.

Beautiful Home and Great Stay

We stayed at this home for 10 days and loved every aspect of the property. We have rented homes periodically over the past 10 years and this home is at the top of our favorite list. We only had 6 people in the home and maybe this home was a little large for that size of group but it sure was nice. The home had ample room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, plates, pots and pans. You name it the home had it. The screened in porch area for grilling was extremely nice as we grilled almost everyday. The homeowners are extremely nice and very helpful. We look forward to renting this home in the future.

Great Getaway

Fantastic location and a beautiful home. We had an outstanding time at this house. The owners are exceptionally helpful with making sure everything was just right.
