Hello, My name is Jason Boschert and I'm pleased to be the Property Manager for this Sunrise Beach Lakefront Retreat. Please feel free to contact me with all of your questions, for any needs during your stay, and if you'd like any recommendations for things to do while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks. As the property manager, I'm working for you as well as the property owner! My goal is to provide a relaxing, worry-free getaway with upscale amenities to accommodate our guests.
Why Jason Boschert chose Camden County
The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, the Lake was our first choice! There's been so much growth in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
What makes this House unique
This Lakefront Home was set-up and accessorized to satisfy large groups from the top-level to the boat dock! The homeowners really impressed me with their efforts to make staying at this property an "Experience" versus just a "place to stay".

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
