Perfect vacation spot! Waterfront property - located on a canal leading to Little Lagoon. In the heart of Gulf Shores - 3 blocks to Gulf Shores main public beach and The Hangout. Walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. Primary bedroom with private bathroom and screened porch. Kayaking and fishing from the backyard - bring your kayak or rent one when you arrive!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. One or both units may be rented. If one unit is rented, then the other unit will be rented out to another party. Each unit is independent containing a kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba and private screened porch. This listing is for Unit B. See listing #1876887 for side A.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, 1 smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, canal front.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of one toilet paper roll, one paper towel roll, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

Everything was great!! We really enjoyed our stay. We did lots of cooking and hung out a lot. The host was very nice, everything was clean, and they even gave us free charcoal to cook with.The only thing I didn’t like was that the biggest eye on the stove just completely didn’t work. It made cooking tedious. The air conditioning was sloth too. Given, we did have 7 guys and we did a lot of cooking so that may have slowed it down, but it stayed around 76 in the house until about 2am when the sun was down and it had time to cool down. Besides that, our stay was absolutely amazing and zero complaints. If you’re looking for an affordable and really nice property to stay at in gulf shores, consider this place HIGH on your list!!
