Tucked into the lower level of a beautiful Orem home, this apartment is its own private world — self-contained, quiet, and set up with everything a small group needs to feel right at home.

Two king bedrooms for the adults, plus a twin bed for the kids or extra guest. Two kings in a rental this size is genuinely uncommon — most places this size make you share a queen. Not here.

The property may have guests in the main floor or full home above during your stay — your unit is fully private with no shared spaces

I am available via messaging during your stay. I also live next door- so if you really need something I am just a moment away.
