Come make memories at our luxury home on the 18th green of the Sleepy Ridge Golf Course. Enjoy the spectacular views of the lush golf course, surrounding mountains and unforgettable sunsets from the large private balcony with motorized sun/privacy shade that overlooks the final hole of the course. Includes a gas BBQ and comfortable patio furniture.

This home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and provides accommodations for up to 8 people. The king size master suite features a large private bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub, shower & walk in closet. The three other bedrooms have queen size beds. There is a fully operational kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with stools. Also included for your convenience are a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi Internet, central stereo, air conditioning, garage parking and smart TV’s.

This is a great place to stay for all BYU & UVU events. The close proximity to the highway makes it easy to get to anywhere in Utah County with several entertainment and dining spots nearby. There are cinemas, playhouses, sporting venues, shopping and restaurants all within minutes. Salt Lake International Airport is 50 minutes. Sundance Resort is 30 minutes. Brighton Ski Resort is 40 minutes. Long and short term rentals available. For the price of a hotel why not have a 4 bedroom home!

Beautiful home in a great location - especially if you’re there for a wedding at sleepy ridge! The back patio is just fabulous and it was gorgeous watching the sunset in the evenings with the mountains. It held 9 of us very comfortably and had lots of towels!! Nice to have access to a washer and dryer as well. Would highly recommend staying here!!

The home was perfect for our family visit to attend a wedding at Sleepy Ridge. It was very clean and as described by the host. We loved spending time on the patio watching the ducks and the golfers. Mary was very nice and responsive to my questions.

This was a great rental for my family. The beds were comfortable, and was a great space for what we needed. We didn’t spend an extended amount of time at the home due to our vacation plans, but it was a really great spot and fit all of our needs.

We had a wonderful stay! The views were absolutely beautiful—especially in the mornings and evenings—and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time while still being close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family while we celebrated a family wedding while we were in town. The house was clean and very welcoming. Mary, the host, was very kind. I became ill from a Lupus flare and Mary was kind enough to extend our checkout for 2 hrs since I was moving so slowly. Thank you again, everyone had a great time and this property was a great for us all. We’ll definitely stay again when visiting Provo.
