Cherry Hill Park — 0.5 miles (3-min drive) — family waterpark, picnic pavilions, and all-ages outdoor fun

UVU (Utah Valley University) — 1.7 miles — graduations, sports events, campus visits, and academic conferences

BYU (Brigham Young University) — 2.6 miles — game days, reunions, ceremonies, and campus tours
